If you do actually enjoy witnessing the worst day of several peoples lives, I can't imagine how dark your life could be. To those of you who flippantly comment that this video is enjoyable and should be accepted as readily as any other; you have been descensitized. You need to turn your television off as quickly as possible. As a disabled combat vet who was on both ends of potential friendly fire more than once, I would ask you to put your water bong down and try to imagine yourself in a situation where you're certain your life might end at any moment, you have an important job to do where if you don't act quickly and professionally friends will die, and during this time hours seem like minutes. You say that taking a life is taking a life, so what's the difference? Your life, honor (yes that's real), and duty all come to a screeching halt. You've just done to a countryman what you're giving the greatest sacrifice to prevent. Make no mistake child, war is equivilant to taking the life of an intruder in your home; you morn the act, but you celebrate the safety of those who could have been unjustly murdered by someone evil. This sim isn't about taking lives, it's about powerful and complex tools of justice. It's not about the nail that's being driven, it's about the beauty of the hammer. But i would say the video is one of the better, although tragic. The reason why i think its good is because it have alot of interesting radio chatter. Just like the CAS video have. The fact its a friendly fire insident i can't really see as a problem in the context of this thread. Had the topic been "Find the funniest A10 video" i would agree with you. But few of the videos posted are really fun because you see real people dying or know that someone was killed off camera.

I think the USAF categorizes combat ready fixed wing aircraft of a particular range and size as fighters.. and the larger aircraft as bombers. Ex. : Stealth Fighter F-117 is actually an Attack aircraft. It would be dead in seconds against a MIG from the 50s.
