There have been a number of questions about how to program the CDU with a waypoint that a JTAC calls in and has not been datalinked to you.

 

Hopefully this video helps and is not too confusing. Original video has been updated with 720p and voice over narration. Enjoy!

If you're going to show text you really need to record in at least 720p. :) Text is nearly unreadable at 480p.

 

It would be helpful to explain which OSB and UFC buttons you're pressing and why. As in how to, step by step, actually enter rather than just saying "I'm going to enter this now".

 

Generally helpful video, but needs more details and resolution. :)

Thanks for the feedback. I had intended to just post the track, but it's 5+ gigs... Biggest problem with 720p was video size....I'm a total ignorant when it comes to video work.

I'm far from an expert...really far. However, I do recall when you have these severl GB files from FRAPS (if that's what it's from), you could put it through Microsoft Movie Maker and save it to an MPEG-4 usually decreasing size by 10-30 fold.

I7 4790K running at 4390 with a gigabyte board with 16 gigs of ram with an Asus gtx 660-ti and 2 tb of hard drive space on 2 wd hard drives. A X-65F Hotas with trackir4 and pro combat peddles. A kick butt home built machine unfortunately running a windows 7 OS.
