Hello Deadman , this is just to give you more info than your shipping partner (can give)

and to give you some insight about shipping in Europe these days:

We have really bead weather around zero degrees since two weeks - that means many icing at ground . You also may heard (in the news) that many airports where closed because of missing deicing (!).

That affect also the freight transport.

A friend of mine that is working at a big Freight hub in Frankfurt (Germany) is telling that they now sort out all high priority shipment - and when there is still place left - they put in normal freight (probably yours :smilewink:).

And working is quite challenging these days.

So don't worry it can take some time right now to get the things sorted in Europe - but they will not get lost.

Thanks for the information Guys. The first clas main is the cheepest way to send the items there is priority 6 to 10 days starts at about $30.00 and Express Mail International 3 to 5 days, starts at about $40.00 for 4 oz so i would say the curent prices are very reasonable you just need patience.

CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

It's also just bad luck with the timing, I sent a couple of items from UK to US to a friend by air about 10-14 days before I ordered my covers, and it got there in only 5 days. The same could easily happen in reverse, but things choked up with the double whammy of xmas and weather.

Even some deliveries completely within the country - and we're talking max distances of 300 miles or so - got delayed by 3 weeks or more from some shops once December (and its snow/ice) rolled in.

Mine shipped on the 24th of December and arrived here in sunny Brittania today (The 4th Jan), very pleased with that!

Covers look sweet, made very professionally and feel very plush!

One thing that I was worried about that I'd like to clear up for anyone who might have my same doubts, was the embroidery. I saw on the site that there was an odd looking square around the embroidered text, it looked like the embroidered part had been stitched in on a pre cut rectangle, but when it arrived, there is no such mark, its totally seamless!

Another very happy customer, cheers Ky!

Pretty sure those were just done on scraps for demonstration purposes. Might be worth mentioning beside the pics that it's just overlaid for demo.

So you got the shipping email on 24th? I presume if you check the tracking status on USPS site from within the email it still says Status: Acceptance though right (since there isn't any tracking really for this postage option)?

Beginning to think mine may not arrive if so. Bad weather or not I had over 2 weeks head start on yours (also to be sent to the UK, south east):

"Acceptance, December 07, 2010, 4:38 pm, <location>"

Bleh. Will give it time still seeing as he's on the road for a while.

That was the image I meant, I can't tell if thats a cut one sat on top or a test model etc. I was just clearing for anyone that had the same concern, the one I received has no cutting marks atall.

As far as tracking, I did not receive a tracking link, just a message saying that they had shipped on the 24th. Maybe Ky used a different shipping system for you, unfortunately postal services are very unpredictable, hopefully you'll get yours soon!

Hi Guys yes if you check the description" For this picture I just put a test call sign on the cover. Your call sign will be embroidered with Brush script font on the cover placed as shown."Thanks Ragtop for letting people know thought.

Top Dog I will check with you when I get home on the 16th

I canot check any of my records.

With frist class air mail there is no tracking out side of the USA but it is the cheapest shipping. the only shipping with international tracking is carrier that are much more expensive.

I have just received word from my new employer and i will be gone from home longer than expected i will be able to get home for a day or two thanks for you patiances

I received a customs slip today, royal mail are witholding release of the package until I pay them a 11.84 GBP bonus fee (extra $17.50 USD), so looks like I was held up whilst they wanted to have a nose around inside.

If I can come up with some criticism, I think the "Remove Before Flight" is on the wrong side, it should be on right side(On the trottle)

Otherwise, it's a good cover for the Warthog!

Hi I am not sure what you mean by the other side ? (if your throttle sits on your right instead of the left as usual)

There is a special notes section on the order form for such requests.
