Almost as important as a joystick IMO. You can also use for various other games if they support (e.g. driving games). Well worth the money.

Once you get use to it you probably will not fly without it again. Well worth the money if you are serious about flight sims.

That info should be on the product page for TIR5. But, I know it's biggest improvement over TIR4 is that it's smoother and more accurate.

I agree with everyone else, 100% worth it. I can't fly a sim without it now.

Hmm... I cannot wait to get use to it. It's pretty hard to click on the switches.

Mainly for setting the ILS and TACAN frequency. If you have some tips I'd appreciate if you want to share them with me.

I'm not able to look correctly to the left and right panel. I pause the sim and remove my hat to do it manually. (I don't use the pause key for TIR).

It's really hard to get use to it.

Its not a wonder product though, even after lots of tweaking I still find I am unable to get it to pick up the signal when looking in a couple of the extreme corners.

The best product will be something like kinect, that can track your head without having to rely on LED's strapped to your head.

It really does take some adjustments to get it to feel right. Even still it has it's quirks.

I prefer a one:one style profile, and then adjust the actual ratio and limits until it feels good. I don't like the profiles that have a zero ratio near center, feels too disjointed.

Seeing the side panels is the most difficult, with my setup the reflectors end up going outside the camera range and it gets jumpy. Still tweaking.

try making more distance between you and the reciever, i had your proplem in the beginning, but when i moved my reciever 5-10cm (1/3 of a feet) backwards, the problem was solved
