This might change your mind . :joystick: Or maybe not .

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy and I've had both.

That was beyond stupid. How can an idiot like that have the power to buy one of those things in the first place? He could have killed everyone there with flying blades. Everything he did once in the air made him look drunk. You would think that the first thing you should do if the chopper is not going the direction you want right after takeoff would be to drop the collective while you're still low enough. Failing that, GET AWAY FROM THE GROUND once you're full-blown out of control instead of making a controlled tail-first landing.

I saw that a year or two ago.

Yeah, sims are just fine with me.

I might try flying a sail-plane, but with lessons. Used to be, a 14 year old kid could get his NY State license.

Sky diving, maybe, when I know I am dying and my time is short anyway. Then kick myself for waiting so long to try it.

Wonder that guy did not kill somebody with those escaped rotor blades.

That guy ordering guys away, I wonder if the guy was dead, not to desecrate an accident scene or the FIRE potential?

...and lack of common sense.

How's that go?

"The problem with common sense, it is not so common!"

I learned that learning metal machine shop, guys get hurt, go blind and get killed doing that, too.
