  1. What kind of support from the community would it take to speed the development process up? Just a thought...
  2. I don't record to an SSD or have 32 gig ram and my videos are stutter free.
  3. A couple of photos I took of the Reds yesterday: High Res:
  4. No way is that worth 1200 euros. I don't even think it's worth 600! Seriously! The i7 920 is 5 years old, 6850s are like 3 years old now as well - and they weren't even great cards to begin with. You could build a FAR, FAR better PC for about 8/900 euros that will run modern games much, much better.
  5. Forgot to check which forum this was in :D
  6. If memory serves me correctly it's the yellow handle between your legs... ;)
  7. I think 75k in 2 weeks is a bit ambitious. I really hope they make it though. Good luck!
  8. Why would I buy a DCS product to play in game mode?
  9. If only I had £1 for every time I've answered a poll/question like this one on here...
  10. Ahh, I thought from the one black outer circle on the mod that they were PVS-14s. Sorry for the confusion.
  11. I'm not having a go at you but I know that your VFG is big into realism and following real life SOPs so isn't a monocular PVS-14 mod, which are considered ground nods and aren't used in aviation, counterintuitive?
  12. Nice pics Snoopy. But don't A-10 Pilots use AN/AVS-10s now or at least ANVIS 9s or something? So why the monocular/PVS-14 type mod?
  13. I don't see a thing ???
  14. Horrifying to watch. Couldn't imagine witnessing something like that in real life. RIP to the 7 guys that died.
  15. Yes! I love flying the AH-6 in Arma. It or the OH-58 would be excellent imo, very fun indeed providing VCAS, and perhaps take quite a bit less time to model fully? We could even get an MH-6 variant with pods on the side to carry JTACs/HSLD badasses around the battlefield :D
  16. I'm finishing my A-Levels currently just, then hopefully off to Uni. I'm wanting to be a pilot in the Royal Navy or Army Air Corp, although it's a long, hard road and I know it will be difficult to make it happen. If it doesn't work out I'd like to be an Army Officer in a good infantry regiment.
  17. You have to consider the amount of effort, dedication, hours of work and research that went into making this aircraft. It really is impressive and we should be thankful that people are willing to do it. $50 is well justified, especially when you consider people pay £50 (not dollars) for Call of Duty on release every year and it has been essentially the same game for the last 5 years.
  18. It's hard to convey sarcasm over a forum ;)

  20. If my memory serves me correctly, they are parachute cords, that tighten when the pilot pulls the ejection handle. The tension smashes the canopy completely allowing the pilot to eject safely.
  21. Hey Ricardo, thanks for doing this. I made a thread about this a long time ago as I felt cockpit wear was something the DCS Hawg cockpit was missing. Here's a download with a folder containing 56 pictures of the inside of a real A-10 cockpit, I've put the folder in a .zip to make things easier. Hopefully they help you: https://mega.co.nz/#!QBdTDYTI Thanks and good luck :)
