Thx! :)

Irony of the day. Its Greece VS Germany next. :D I guess the Greeks will be very, but VERY motivated for that one.

What do you know about Thermopilai ? :D

Seriously, it is a hard game. Chances are with Germany, but Greek team is a "crazy" one. They "deny" to play the ball with Poland and Chech, and then they Win The Russians !

Pilotasso, by the way have a look at this video in case you miss it

Why mix football/sports with politics/populism (5% politics/95% populism)... But, well...

Go Karagounis and Katsouranis! Go Greece!

LOL

Karagounis no Go with Germany. The referee invented Yellow card for trying to force a penalty.

That yellow card must be a expensive one to someone. Perhaps that cost is contemplated in tax reduction :megalol:

Pff.. Even if they scored, they would have to do 2 more.

Thats was a mathematical technicality for us. There would be no Honor in qualifying without a victory and relying on others results (the other game outcome was not clear untill close to the end), thats why the team went for attack instead of blocking the nets with the 11 players.

Off course :)

But I said that just to prove the point that the chance was so gigantically small..

I know the Thermopilae Story, though it didnt end too well for the Spartans either. :)

I didnt even know the Coach was Portuguese. Double irony. :D

Yes, but they were the actual winners. The only dead Winners by their will. And that glorified them.

So if we fall, better fall in glory in that game.;) People Here really needs some good news. National teams can do that.

Ukraine-England would have normally played 1:1 if the referee had a better look.

... this will cause some trouble...

For tonight match expect surgical counter attacks from the Czechs. They have always been treacherous even if somewhat inconsistent in performance from match to match.
