Unable to purchase CA

I am trying to buy CA but it looks like DCS dont want my money lol.

I go to the DCS home page and log on then I go to the e-shop, I click add to cart and agree to the EULA and this appears

 

 

And I cant puchase it. If I click the register link It shows me as being logged on.

 

What gives?

 

Anyone have any thing similar happen?

Clear out cookies/browsing history or simply try a different browser.

You need to register a user account first! You are not logged in.

Same here. I couldn't stay logged in on Chrome. Had to use IE9

I get the same problem with Chrome too. Doesn't seem to want to keep me logged in. I purchased through IE.

The problem is known and being worked on, no ETA unfortunately (it's a problem deep in the system). What happens is that the cookie that tracks your login gets corrupted. Switching to a different browser causes a fresh and healthy cookie to be loaded into that browser. (This is why it works for some in Chrome but not in IE, and for some in IE but not in Chrome, etcetera. It's not the browser, it's the cookie that the browser has been keeping.)

 

The workaround is to clear cookies from your browser. Apologies for the inconvenience.
