Force_Feedback Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 mass produced (code wise, every sequel has the same basic code) lame strategy game, 30 times inferior to C&C Generals and 100x worse than C&C Red Alert 2 (and one) Creedence Clearwater Revival:worthy:
Floyd Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 you ... you ... stupid you! http://www.ageofempires3.com/ Edit: tihs was directed towards Pilotasso in a humorous way
Floyd Posted November 11, 2005 Posted November 11, 2005 OT: I am busy at the moment with invading America… ha ha ha, which plane are you flying ... ehh, i mean, what are you smoking? Hilarious ;-)
TucksonSonny Posted November 12, 2005 Author Posted November 12, 2005 Whats that? Ok I took a screenshot for you: DELL Intel® Core™ i7 Processor 940 2,93 GHz @3 GHz, 8 MB cache | 8.192 MB 1.067 MHz Tri Channel DDR3 | 512 MB ATI® Radeon™ 4850 | 500 GB 7200 rpm Serial ATA | Samsung SM 2693 HM 25.5 " | HOTAS Cougar Thrustmaster |
Kula66 Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 You can't say you're invading America ... you'll start a panic! UP the DefCon level, call out the National Guard, evacuate to the country side, put the fleet to sea, alert Airforce-1 ... where's the President ... oh, he's hiding under the table already!
Guest IguanaKing Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 Cool thread TucksonSonny. Well...it WAS cool until politics reared its ugly head. Not sure what you're being fed Kula, but, for the most part, our population here is the furthest possible thing from alarmist. Truth is, most people here don't know DEFCON or FPCON from a hole in the wall, and they shouldn't have to. ;)
hitman Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 they may not but they sure do know how to stockpile up for terrorist attacks. Remember the anthrax scare when everyone in the country went out and bought duct tape and saran wrap? Guest IguanaKing Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 Who is "everyone", Hitman? Most people I know were still thinking someone was mailing speed metal CDs. ;) Yeah...the news showed lots of those nuts, including the ones buying gas masks. What? Did those people think an attack was going to conveniently wait for them to be home, near the closet in which they stored those masks? Did those people even know how to don and clear? Did anybody know that they had a mere 30 minutes to evacuate an area affected by nerve agents, or 5 minutes to evacuate if it were a blood agent...WITH A MASK? :D Heh...not serious about that...just having a good laugh at the minority of nuts who cared. :icon_jook
SUBS17 Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 AOE is ok but Civilisation is the one you want for invading countries. Anyone here played CIV4, I'm thinking on buying it that game is fun when you're using tanks and stealth bombers and the other countries have only knights and spear chuckers:D [sIGPIC] [/sIGPIC]

BTW, is Civilization 4 really that good, and as great as it was on the screenshots I saw 5 years ago? Creedence Clearwater Revival:worthy:
