Hi,

 

Didn't think there was still interest in this mod! Unfortuntely the version I released is indeed broken in 1.2.4 but if you guys are interested it shouldn't take me too long to update the mod for the current version.

 

Since releasing this mod I've joined the 476th (http://www.476vfightergroup.com/) so I don't fly on other servers very often...meaning that I don't use this mod anymore! But, like I said...if people are interested I'll update it.

 

I am one of the silent, I personally would appreciate an update for 1.24 as I am sure many others would be.

 

It is great there are so many talented people that use DCS products and the Mods that they produce and give their time freely. (wish I could do it myself)

 

So on behalf of everyone that use these mods I wish to send a big thank you to all the people involved in making this game even more enjoyable, and let you know that your time and efforts don't go un-noticed and are indeed appreciated.

It a shame, it crashs on me every single time I use it in a campaign..

 

or in MP.. It worked for maybe on or two times and then that was it.

 

the briefing file get so big that it would just crash to desk top on me..

 

I allso noticed the .log in the user file was full with the last mission, is there any way to get it to report or update the logbook.

 

They (ED) are stream lining the Lua files so it might get easier as ED updates stuff.

Well, after the last update most of the mod seems to work for me (debriefing screen, flight timing in logbook) but strangely my kills are partially reported on my logbook ... Do not understand why only 1/3 are reported most of the time :huh:

Just rename the originals Mission Editor and Scripts folders, you will find them in your DCS World folder. Drop the new ones in, and you are ready to go.

Start the game clicking the DCS World icon (Gray color) for SP or MP, always. If you get shot down, or landed, you must EXIT the game, if you want to add your points for this particular mission to your Logbook.( This Script doesn't add them up ) Automatically you'll end up in the debriefing window. from there, you can go back to fly or go to the Pilot logbook and see you new score.

Hello,

yesturday night, i had a crash online with another A10C as i was stucked on the runway with a flat tire.

he broke my wind and crashed on a building.

I was using Ebs mod and i was surprised to have a message at the end of the game " you've made a friendly fire, you loose all your points" :cry:

I was wondering if there was a way to go on a file and restore my score manualy?

had the same "luck" by colliding with a tanker while air refuleing. Tanker crashed into ground...all points gone.

 

Maybe you could edit this file to "restore" points:

 

users\[name]\SavedGames\DCS\MissionEditor\logbook.lua

and what do you mean by "dont change plane"? am i allowed to esc->pick another slot->fly?

 

edit: just tested it and works fine with 1.2.5
