I had a crash last week and didn't noticed anything strange about DCS until I tried to log on to multiplayer. I got a big NOOOOOOOOOOO (not authorized). :( When I checked the module manager none of my serial numbers were in those boxes.

How do I go about adding my serial numbers back in. :helpsmilie: I have four modules I need to do this for, A10, CA, P-51 and the Huey. I tried doing a copy/paste but those boxes that hold the serial numbers won't accept the paste.

Yes, everything was fine until I had a crash a few days ago. This is my first ever problem and I'm not sure what to do to get me up and running again.

Yes I can log into the site and my serial numbers are all there. When I logged into the module manager this afternoon I saw there were no longer any serial numbers showing. They were there a few days ago before my crash.

I checked out the module manager shortly after downloading 1.2.4 and the Huey. Everything was there and in all was in order.

What kind of crash was that? I have had dozens od crashes so far and it never messed up anything with my keys.

Do you have the logs of the crash? Please search them in the logs folder and post them.

The crash happened when I was configuring my UHID board as I have a number of panels that I built for my cockpit. I had Helios open and the DCS options page open and the UHID config utility running. At one point everything locked up and I had to shut down by hitting reset. Apparently that left a huge chunk of messed up files that CHDSK had to fix. AFter that I had issues getting DCS to run. I rebooted twice and after that DCS ran but thats when the serial numbers were no longer there.

All I have is the event logged in Windows but I have no log files to post.

I fixed it. The problem was when I entered the module manager it could not connect with the DCS server to verify my serial numbers. The reason it could not connect was the login box has my login name and password in it. The password is ***** so I can't see it and apparently it got screwed up from the crash and was incorrect. When I put in my correct password it verified me and inserted my serial numbers so all is OK.

I had no reason to suspect my password got messed up and since you can't see anything but ********, you assume that it is correct.

Thanks people for helping me.

I already asked this in another thread (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=105758), but I'll ask here again because I just found this thread afterwards. Sorry for my multiposting... :music_whistling:

When I open the Module Manager and go to Installed-tab, and click the Serial Number of my A-10C Warthog, it says "No key".

Anyway, DCS A-10C works OK, no problem.

I can login in the module manager. Actually, I logged in and out several times. And I can login into digitalcombatsimulator site (http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/myserials.php) and I can see my key there. But the Module Manager won't show my serial.

I can also login into Multiplayer successfully. I typed the Name and ******* password again, but it won't help.

I have the same problem you do freefall, in module manager all my keys are there except DCS A10C.

I can play single player fine, but when I try to log into MP, all I get is Invalid Serial.

On the DCS website, all my serials are visible including dcs a10c, so I cant understand why the serial is missing from the module manager.

I also uninstalled and deleted the keys from the registry and tried all over, a10c activated but STILL it shows as NO KEY in the module manager and I still cannot login to MP.

This is a PITA.

are there ANY solutions to this?

I bought the Huey yesterday and now it isn't showing up on either my serials or in game and it was earlier today.

I have NO serials for any of the modules I have installed now, and the only serial is the A-10C from steam and it isn't showing in the modules manager in game.

I bought the original BS1 back in 2008 and it doesn't show a serial key. A-10C was bought through steam when it first came out. I bought P51D and the BS2 upgrade but they aren't showing up in my purchase history. I had keys but now they are gone from the serial numbers manager.

I am getting really frustrated with this.

I have the same problem for Black Shark2

I searched and found that this happened for A10C and BS2 which have standalone versions.

Is this problem due to the standalone versions?

Happened to my BS2 which I bought in the summer sale..

Can still fly in single player... All my other module keys are there in the manager and in my account here..

I am sure someone said that holding down shift while starting the game starts the activation process again and you can enter your key there, never works for me though :(..
