I am talented in the ways of the Force ;)

Know when and for how much they will be for sale mate?

J.

Within the next couple of days I will start making them, Some of the panels you require I already have drawings for, the other I have to do. I will post them on here for you to view first.

Hi Mate

I take it you mean the holes that I asked not be to cut!

If they are for the backlights, then great, but I wont be using backlights at all. Not for my first build.

Appreciate your knowledge though!

No actualy I was answering your question if some one could tell you what the holes are for . I did they are for back lighting the panels!! oh by the way there is no need for all the !! points

Get te panels made how ever you would like In my humble opinion not getting tem made so the can be back lit on way or another is a waist of monet but hey its been done before.

Just to make you aware the engraving of the text is designed to be back lit.

but you can use it without of course.

Thanks Deadman, i'll use as many !!!!! as I care to!! Thanks :)

Glider, if I want to back light it, I can install a few leds inside my case and have an external switch for that.

Carry on without the hole spoken about earlier please.

Thanks.

I will be making an enclosure for all panels if requested including the UFC also eventually USB electronics so if wanted each panel can be a standalone usb device or 3 panels in one device, whatever is required. Production starts in 2 days. I will message you direct with cost and delivery in a day or so.

Looking cool Glider! Regarding the UFC: Will you be making a UFC front (including buttons) and PCB with switches on it etc.?

Yes that is the plan, my electronics chap is working on just that. I am not promising it will be available soon but we are working towards it.

To be honest I will produce all the devices how I would want them myself,

reliable, sturdy and easy to use. That said I know that alot of people like to produce the devices themselves and just require the panels.

I intend to produce items from single top panels to top/spacer/clear panel set or an entire device. This will take time on the electronics front but I am happy with the intial work of producing panels for people like myself who enjoy the hobby.

Hey Glider,

Whats the chances of an A10C AHCP, Electrical Power, Landing Gear and panels and the front fascia for the UFC?

I'd pay up front for those if you're willing to produce them. I can even supply PDF's of each of the A10C panels if that's any help to you?

J.

Check the drawings and get back to me please.

CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

NO real reason to make the AN/ARC 210 when it is not used in the sim but it is a cool control head

i think it will be quite possible to use that . i did not have a chance to work on it yet, but i was thinking something in line of small screen (3" or so ala CDU) , generating labels for it in helios. inputs connected to arduino so there is a way to "translate" the input programmatically into existing bindings . it will not be a replica, but entering frequencies with that should be fun...

Hey Glider,

Thanks for the update.

Can I be a real pain in the arse and ask of your planning on doing the Gear Panel at all?

I have TomDK's Landing Gear Handle sitting awaiting a home is the reason I ask.

Thanks again for all the work,

J.
