Some more progress news. Last night @The_Fragger posted up some screenshots showing more 3D model and texturing work. He mentioned that in particular work had been done on the throttles/unlocker.

Hehe... "slow progress" still means posting three screenshots and a video on Discord today.

 

Additionally, RAZBAM_Prowler posted about 10 recent screenshots on the Bo-105 channel on the RAZBAM discord (most of which we've seen before).

 

 

For those following progress on these forums, here's a still from the video posted today. It was noted the wear on the rivets that sit proud of the main plate, caused by the repeated striking of the lever.

 

I also find the details in the editor interesting. I was _very_ pleased to see Bort Nummer 1, 2, 3, 4... because that implies customisable registration numbers (via the mission editor).

It is unforgivable that module news and progress reports are not made first here - in the Official DCS forum. But in a private Discord channel that majority doesn't even use, or never find anything from there years to come. History is important, why there should be a record about it. 

 

That pilot really commands the nose of that chopper, for sure he is not rudder pedal lazy.

It has been a while since I checked the BO-105 pages but everything looks awesome.

 

I will be buying the Apache and I will be buying the Kiowa, but this girl will have staying power for me.

Is the top of the dash also painted like that too?

 

Never got to see one of these helis up close. The closest was in 1990 during an exercise, one German anti-tank variant flew not too far away, but for some strange reason I couldn't see the top of the dash in detail !

That Croc-Plastic Pattern is only on the Frontpanel's Glareshield, FrontCovering and Periscope's mask

These look super! I find the periscope intriguing. I think this will be a really fine feature on the machine.
