enigma6584 Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 LOL...except that SkateZilla's answers are actually correct and not Cliff Claven BS.
SkateZilla Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 From Wags himself: If you already own FC3, you do NOT need to purchase these. The A-10A and Su-25 of FC3 are identical to the DCS Flaming Cliffs versions. Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2), ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9) 3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs
joey45 Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 So I still have to install LOMAC [iF I can still find the disc] then FC3...... and not just download the individual modules? The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. SkateZilla Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 FC3 still requires LockOn installed. No biggie for me... This just helps people that dont have access to digitaldownload or physical copies of LockOn. Helps ED Get rid of UbiSoft and Helps people that just want one or 2 planes from the FC Series. Windows 10 Pro, Ryzen 2700X @ 4.6Ghz, 32GB DDR4-3200 GSkill (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR x2), ASRock X470 Taichi Ultimate, XFX RX6800XT Merc 310 (RX-68XTALFD9) 3x ASUS VS248HP + Oculus HMD, Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS + MFDs
LostOblivion Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 So I still have to install LOMAC [iF I can still find the disc] then FC3...... and not just download the individual modules?Correct, given that you got the modules via FC3. ED should clarify that FC3 now serves as a bundle of the four modules, in addition to the MiG-29 and Su-33. What else will individual module owners not get? Edit: Sniped. Medevac! Nice plane on that gun... OS764 P930@4 MBUD3R M6GB G5870 SSDX25 CAntec1200 HTMHW

Weta43 Posted July 26, 2013 Posted July 26, 2013 (edited) So I still have to install LOMAC [iF I can still find the disc] then FC3...... and not just download the individual modules? You don't need LO to get the individual modules : 1- It allows users access to these aircraft that do not own, or want to own, Lock On. 2- It allows users to buy just the aircraft they are interested in, without having to purchase the full Flaming Cliffs 3 product.
