I've made a touch-buddy profile for the Russian Jets, it is 95% done, so here are some screenies, i'd appreciate some feedback, and any ideas or tips. ALL buttons work like real buttons, you will always know when a keystroke has been sent. The size is 1024 width by 790 height. ( i use LOVP in the gap at the bottom) It is not based on any type of recreation of real controls, it's just meant to be a good looking control panel in the correct 'theme' for the Russian jets. I'll post the profile in the next day or two once I've polished it up, there are just a couple of buttons I'm having a wee bit of bother with. I also intent to have a Comms. panel/tab to control all radio commands. When i post the profile, i'll also be happy to post the *psd files that made it, so if you want to adapt it to a different resolution and add different buttons etc you should be able to. Enjoy.

Plus, you get a cool webcam that can record the near IR spectrum, and see cool stuff such as money protection features, remotes used as a flashlight, and... you didn't hear it from me, cotton is semi-transparent at those wavelengths ;)

Incorrect. It's based on contrast, not on motion. No constrast = ground stab. Why yes :D ... there might be exceptions which I am not familiar with however. You can try. I wouldn't reccomend trying to fight against anything faster than another chopper though.

I don't think it's the main reason. As French Air Force has a very touchy politics on everything (by default, it's secret, no pics, no comments and run if you don't want to be bitten), it may be a lack of available public data. And/or a lack of interest, French games market is a bit less money making than the US one. Even if our planes are the best :P :D Cheers Az'

Welldone Spain! The only team that didn't lose any of the matches it played! Great football, young team and real danger in the future. I'm glad that we finally have champions that really play football instead of blocking their own goal! Tide finally turned in Spain's favour! Well deserved win tonight! Great football in those 6 matches!

btw deadman, if you are making accurate skins, feel free to post the finish product of each skin on the beta thread at sim-mod and we'll take a look at it before it goes out to public. We can check for any inaccuracies. I already set up my cdds so I can add in any new skins to replace the original skins without throwing any new ones into the temptexture folder.

Apparently Novorossijsk will become a new naval base for the Black Sea Fleet, as Russia is leasing the naval base at Sevastopol which is now in the Ukraine. It may be that Novorossijsk AB will be out of use for the construction of the new naval base. However, as it seems to exist or have existed in reality, I would opt not to move it.
