While looking for some informations about various russian planes based near Caucasus, I found thiese rare and interesting photos. The few pictures below shows the Su-27S and Su-27UB's fighter-interceptors from 171 GvIAP based in Gudauta AFB (deployed in years 1989-1993) and their crews at oridinary day of flights. Shortly after the collapse of the Soviet Union unit was withdrawed from Abkhazia and later disbanded. It would be good to mention that 171 GvIAP took part in war between Georgia and Abkhazia. One Su-27P, flown by maj. pil. Vaclav Alexandrowich Shipko (Вацлав Александрович Шипко) was shot down on 19 march 1993 by missile launched by Georgian S-75M Dwina SAM system during attempt to intercept the Georgian Su-25's performing their CAS mission against the Abkhazian rebels. Сделал себе небольшой мод, меняющий форму одежды Российских пилотов в самолёте, после катапультирования и на внешних видах в кабине самолётов на камуфляжную повседневную, в которой фактически летают пилоты. При размещении файлов в папке Temp Textures игра их не воспринимает, поэтому пришлось зашивать в файлы cdds. Мод получился 70Мб. Если надо кому, пришлю на почту.

Greetings all.This is my first post on here so i will try to make it a helpful one.Ok in order to use the Auto route feature you first need to put in what type of point you want to go to. There is 3 modes for this. Airport,Target and way point. Then when that is done you will need to put in which one with the numbers on the PVI panel. After that then you will engage your auto route and off you go...Happy rotoring...

Ну эт вы слехка передергиваете, барин:) Эти цифры всегда давались как главная страшилка при оправдании того количества танков, что нужны нам и янки во время современной ядерной войны, а не войны вообще. Вот и наклепали по десятку тысяч с каждой стороны... а толку? С тех пор и войны изменились, и роль танков слегка иной стала. По крайней мере опыт все тех же янки в Ираке и Афгане и наш в тех же регионах показывают цифры на пару порядков иные. Это современные войны? Или мы (РФ) в последнее время ведем какие-то иные по сути от того, что делают кокосы в Азии? Чисто для уточнения - срок жизни современного боевого танка в боях последних лет за океаном определяют в 28 минут, у нас - в 20. При этом обе стороны ЧЕТКО определяют тип боя как общевойсковая операция. а не бой вообще, что суть разные вещи. И обе стороны, как хорошо известно, взяли эти цифра с потолка:), бо на том же militaryphotos.net попадался бравурный репортаж об "абрамчике", который повоевал еще в период "бури в стакане" и до сих пор несет службу в Багдаде. Календаря не имеет, видимо:)

For the record, on several separate occasions ED has stated why water is rendered under the land. Their explanation is that it at the time LOMAC was developed, it would have taken far more horsepower to do the calculations to figure out where all the water ends and where the land begins. The fact that this is still in BS (which by the way, was stated many months ago and is probably still in the Q&A thread) is due to the limitations of using the engine that is already available vs. major reworking of that engine.

Не пятно, а растр. Где-то описывалось. Сходит ракета и комплекс Шквал переходит в режим формирования растра. По мере удаления ракеты меняются угловые и линейные размеры растра с таким расчетом, чтобы спиральная траектория ракеты закончилась на цели.

Бред тяжелый... "по длине волны"... у лазера вообще-то длина волны крепко постоянная, поскольку определяется электронным переходом (частные случаи специализированных многочастотных лазеров не рассматриваем). РАСТР - это именно растр, типа того, что на кассах для считывания штрих-кода. Но растр для наведения содержит в себе определенную информацию, которая изменяется по растру. Это может быть аналоговые параметры, цифровая модуляция кодом - неважно. Важно то, что ракета твердо знает, в каком месте растра она находится. Насчет мощности - понятно, что растр делается одним и тем же лучом, поэтому совершенно необязательно, чтобы мощность менялась при изменении нго размеров.

Второе. "Вихри" имеют наведение по типу "beam rider" - оптические датчики у ракеты находятся в хвосте, т.е. ЛТЦ ему абсолютно безразличны.
