  1. I think the Collings Foundation offers rides on their F-4 and A-4.
  2. Input taken, thank you.
  3. I meant to say that my set of plans will include the dimensions and hole locations of each panel, not just the overall dimensions of the pit. I forgot to mention earlier that I'll be offering DZUS fastener replicas as well.
  4. Real life most certainly did lag.:D lol at the vid:megalol::megalol::megalol:
  5. You make a solid point about the plans. But since I have seen people ask for dimensions, and some people may want to manufacture things themselves, I'll probably release the products concurrently. As for the HUD, I have absolutely no experience with programming, electronics, or optics.:( I plan on talking to the robotics club at my school as a whole. It's one of the largest extra-curricular ventures on campus and fully funded by the school. It's also one of the first FIRST robotics teams and has been to a world championship and several national championships since the early nineties. So there will be no problem recruiting some good people from there. I'm a mechanical guy (aerospace engineering major), hence why I started with the panels. I have to research how to pull the data from the sim and how to make the HUD work. Not exactly easy when you're a college sophomore in multiple clubs and have a job. Anyhow, watch this space for more info! P.S. Rep point if you can guess my school!:D Avilator out.
  6. At the moment. I don't know in the future if I will be offering a seat. If I do, it will be custom to those dimensions. Also, as time goes on, I will be offering more complex products, including finished panels with switches and eventually instruments and possibly a HUD.
  7. I found this when I typed in "2008 UK Focus."
  8. To begin with, the plans will be for each panel. ATM, I am leaving the dimensions of the side frames up to the end user to customize around the seat that they choose. The "manufactured" panels will either be just acrylic with no backlighting. The more expensive route will include both back plates and light plates. At this time, I have no information on pricing, but that will be forthcoming. Thank you for your responses.
  9. Greetings fellow simmers and pitbuilders! I am doing research before starting a business. I would like to know about how many people on these boards would be interested in purchasing plans or manufactured panels for the A-10. I'd also like suggestions as to where I can advertise my new venture. Thanks for your help! -Avilator out
  10. Actually, the American Focus used to look like that.
  11. The electro-optical seeker is a CCD, like you find in any digital video camera. It locks on to the light/dark contrast in the image. The infared seeker looks for heat, and locks on to a hot spot. What Revelation said is true in most circumstances.
  12. It's rather hard to deny the BadA$$ness of this plane.
  13. Just turn on unlimited ammo. :D
  14. That's a rather sad way to go, no?
  15. They replied and invited me to come visit the museum, they didn't offer any information in the e-mail. The info I requested from the National Air and Space Museum may not come for a while either.
  16. I know that the AoA sensor and firing the cannon also activates the ignition, but can you use it in other conditions at pilot discretion, such as in icing conditions or heavy precip?
  17. I prefer this explanation.:D
  18. You have F13?
  19. Screencapture from Audi website, it's the A5. I think it looks good in blue as well.
  20. Of course! :pilotfly::joystick::gun_rifle:
  21. You can still play them in MP.
