  1. It will only setup for the mission host, unfortunately. I think this is a DCS limitation.
  2. Many thanks, completely missed this
  3. So, I’ve come back to the AV8 after a small break. Has the fusing process changed? Previously as I recall I could select the fusing options in the armament control panel SAFE -IN -NT etc etc now I seem to have SAFE or -- and nothing else and have to use the ODU. Is this a BUG or a new "feature"?
  4. It's already a "thing"
  5. I always thought the AA settings in nvidia control panel had zero effect on VR?
  6. No worries. Download CPUz (latest version). Get your system set up the way you would prior to starting DCS (kill off any processes you usually would, etc). Navigate to the benchmark tab and hit "Bench CPU" it will run MT and ST tests and give you the relevant figures. Then hit "submit and compare" and you'll see the comparisons against other processors etc. I run a mild all Pcore overclock of between 5.2 and 5.4 GHz (depending on the season :-)) null
  7. Tbh you'll likely get the same increase by just overclocking..mine is mild: null
  8. So, if anyone is interested I finally found the issue to my micro stutters. I was using OXRTK to lock to 45FPS, and I was doing this before my 4090 and installation of the VB beta to alleviate the 4090 stutters. This setup now causes the micro stutters on my system. If I use VB to lock to 45FPS and enable Vsync in VB, they are gone!

    T1 on map

It's a new "feature". Deephack covers it here at around 08:40:
  10. So Salt in Switzerland (at least) are using CGNAT. as @Floyd1212 mentioned... You'll need to look at the status page of your router, see what IP address is assigned to your "WAN" interface". If it's in one of the ranges he mentions, then you’re out of luck port forwarding wise, BUT you could still try Hamachi. If you have an address that isn't in the range listed, then port forwarding may work. There is also a possibility you have an IPv6 address which is this format FE80:CD00:0000:0CDE:1257:0000:211E:729C (this is the long version). 11. Briefing room is great. And exactly what I've been using on the SA map. Through the inferno as mentioned, is also very good.
  12. Easier option would be to use Hamachi. Effectively creates a VPN between you and your mate (or multiples) haven't used it for years but it's very simple to get going. One of you host, one joins. Can't attest to the latency or resultant performance though. Give it a whirl...
  13. You could potentially use marks points for each of the targets via the atflir, then cycle through. This works using TOO in the Harrier. No clue how the viper does this so can't compare.
  14. Just to update, it's present even when using SVR and no spikes in cpu or gpu frametimes. It's very subtle and only noticeable if looking directly at the terrain. Can also be seen looking at the taxiway when taxiing.
  15. May try that. There is no FPS drop noticeable in the OXRTK FPS counter, but if you look at the terrain, you can see a slight stutter every few seconds. It's still smooth to fly and hardly noticeable, but the fact it wasn't there before irks me
  16. Agreed, but I run very little. And to the best of my knowledge, nothing new has crept in, but perhaps it has.
  17. Thanks for checking, perhaps it's a localised issue. Joy... I need to dig @Supmua What Nvidia driver are you running, I upgraded to the latest, but then rolled back to previous as thought that was the issue...DDU'd etc. Always use the cleaned versions from Gurud3d forum thread.
  18. I just tried this, and I had already tried just disabling OXRTK earlier, but the stutters are odd. My test case is Hornet Caucasus ROTR. I can climb out and for example look to the left at the tress and there is a defined stutter, it's very small. I don't think my issue is OXRTK. It's almost as though the last beta (and the corresponding hotfix) have done something to the way textures are loaded. This issue did not exist in the first 2.8 OB for sure. I'm at 83 FPS, but even locked at 45 (which is my normal) they occur, and they did not before. I have been digging around what may have changed with my system, but the ONLY thing installed was a USB driver for XUM1541. The "other" flight sim does not appear to suffer the same issue. I'm a little perplexed, and frustrated Am using Bartheks mod, but the same issue is present even with the stock map.
  19. This is interesting as Turbo mode also started to cause lag in the second 2.8 Patch, so I disabled it. However, I did notice that there sometimes appears to be lag the OXRTK menu since the last beta and hotfix, which was not present prior. @Supmua after the reset were you able to configure your previous OXRTK settings (appearance, frame throttle etc) without the lag returning?
  20. With the latest OB (and the new hotfix) I seem to be getting micro stutters every couple of seconds. Process Lasso etc makes no odds either way. And I had it buttery smooth pre the update (terrain shadows OFF, OXRTK locked to 45FPS). Nothing new running service wise, no settings or driver changes. Most odd.
  21. @Taz1004 Thanks. Will have a fiddle...
