  1. Very, very good looking control. Way out of my budget, but I just wanted to say this is by far the best looking set up out of all the ones showing up around here. The website is nice looking, too.
  2. Can't wait to take an Abrams through that!

Another good sci-fi flick with creepy atmosphere that, unfortunately, received 1 1/2 star on Rottentomatoes. :( Also, don't let the trailer put you off as it is the worst trailer I've seen to date. The movie itself is quite suspenseful that kept me wondering what the H is going to happen next? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1188729/
  4. There you go. :)
  5. Europa, a film several scientists at JPL volunteered as consultants, is easily the best Sci-Fi movie I've seen. Breath taking as well as showing massive respect to sci-fi fans' intelligence. Sunshine is another great little film. Clooney didn't show up for work in neither of them which is great. :D
  6. When I was in the U.S. I took ultralight lessons in a 2 seat quicksilver. I botched my first landing so bad I bent a strut. Landing DCS P-51 for me is easy as peeing but I'm sure I would die in the real thing.
  7. This is like watching the first four seasons of Fringe. You just can't trust anyone. Even Walter. Gripping! :D
  8. I love Bullock, but Clooney annoys me with that one facial expression in every movie. Can't wait to see this though.
  9. Yup. I'm starting to see a pattern.
  10. Good thing then. :D
  11. Modeling them in 3dmax would be easy, but I have no idea how to texture and put them in World.
  12. No cockpit view?
  13. WOW. I love that. A lot of good stuff. Here's a full interview, 1 hr 18 mins, with the same pilot.
  14. I really hate it when they dub music in flying videos, but, that was quite appropriate for a Mig. :D
  15. I took a gander at Max unwrapping and it gave me a shrivel for months. SiThSpAwN, I will check that out. Thanks! Does anyone know of an in depth tutorial on rigging bones and such. Free ones would be nice but I wouldn't mind paying for an exhaustive tutorial on the subject.
  16. When DCS: First Person Shooter arrives, yes, anyone with the know-how have my permission to put them in. I'll have to figure out a way to lower the polygons. I've heard, I may be wrong, there's a way to "bake" a high poly model to much lower poly count. First I need to finish this guy's legs armor. I'll redo the arm and then learn how to model human to go in it. Then I'll dive head long through the dreaded unwrap thingy. I'm surprise no one has come out with a program to just paint the models like you would in real life. I'd roll around in needles if Disney want to put this in Star Wars. But, no, it's an animation project I'm working on. :)
  17. Working on it. :D
  18. He'd still be struggling to pull off the cobra then, too. :P
  19. ED also have this habit of not announcing features, actually everything they do, until they know it is set in stone. If you've been around here as long as I think you have, nothing is ever promised here. There's also "Everything is subject to change." clause. :D
  20. I knew I should have put boobs on it... :P
  21. Wow. You have an RV-8!?
  22. I finally started on this character of mine again about a weeks ago after a about year away from 3ds max. Hope you all like it. :)
  23. For everyone who missed this little gem of info. :)
  24. Whoa...the pink flanker is back! :)
