No, most missions are build by us and the servers are our own.

I fly in a squadron and we use SRS, DCS-DTC and a hand full of mods. Would we stop flying without them? No. But they make things easier and more interesting.

Didn't knew briefing room is that touchy against triggers.

You can save the mission just as a mission. It doesn't need to be saved as a template. You just use it as one. Build it like a mission, save it like a mission,load it into briefing room like a mission. Look at it like a basement you always use to build different houses on.

The only way would be to build your zones,triggers ect. and save this as a basic mission to go from. Afaik there is no way to copy/paste zones or triggers.

Jepp, same here. At least I'm not that sure at all it will come with the main patch. It could. But it could come in a "content-patch" later this month too.

I'm not sure if it's really forgotten. I had a little mixed feelings regarding the F-35 as well. And I asked myself why. It was my dream to become a fighter pilot. But the little curve in my spine said "nope!". Ejection seats are off limits for me. So now I use DCS to come as close as I can to being a fighter pilot without being a fighter pilot. That's why a high level of authenticity really matters to me. And here I have a real basic problem. I can't check on what degree this or that system is like in the real jet. I have to trust that ED's policy regarding realism matches with what I want. And the F-35 can make you doubt a little. For myself, I've decided to trust ED here. In the first place I trust Wags here, cause I know from his own words that his motivation is very close to mine. So he will do all he can to ensure it will be as authentic as it can be. Sorry for the off-topic.

My concern is the behavior right after landing. As far as I know, deck crew would bring you outside the landing zone as fast as possible before they will order you to stop. With the way the crew acted in the video I'm not sure if a CASE I pattern with correct timings will be possible for more than a single jet.

So can we simply say that cyclic forward does not set the desired speed, but rather the desired acceleration? And when the desired speed is reached, can I set the cyclic to neutral again?

Sorry for the off-topic, but that's one reason more why I wish so hard that you guys would do a "South-West USA Map", with integrating the NTTR like you did with Normandy 2.0. Cause for me, you are the top map-makers for DCS at the moment.

No, cause both aren't related to each other in any other way than being both in DCS. Not doing this won't bring you dynamic campaign a single second faster.

Once there was a little Helo called "Kiowa". Announced a long, long time ago. Long enough to make people in the community claiming it will never come. Most of these probably enjoying the Kiowa now. Yeah, I know these two cases aren't totally comparable. But there is a baseline in which they all are. These small teams often work on their modules after daytime jobs. With everything that comes with this fact. Not being able to code today cause the child is sick. Or you are invited to a birthday. Developers leaving the project for a given time or forever,cause their live has changed. There are many things happening in these small teams,and every single one affects them way harder than a bigger team like Heatblur or ED itself. I feel your frustration, I really do. (Looking at the F4U ). But I understand that a timeframe of 5 years is nothing for such small teams.

You should be sure. Maximum trapweight for the Hornet is 34.000lbs for a restricted approach. 33.000lbs unrestricted. So when you come in above this weight it can happen your gear takes damage.
