I only noticed this myself not long ago on the real jets. Personally I don't know why they did. Probably more realistic for how a roo moves but looks wonky I think.
Yeah I almost bought those plans - but thought, although not overly expensive, it was still a bit of a gamble for a set of plans. It seems the concerns I had are confirmed by your experience.
Absolutely amazing work mate! Really looking forward to using them!
One small detail - the kangaroo in the roundel on the sides are tilted back slightly on the real aircraft, giving them a slightly lower tail position. I think this was a somewhat recent change as I've seen older pictures with the kangaroo as you have them.
There you go mate.
Print it on its side with supports at 0.150mm layer height and 100% infill.
No need for the Viggen file. I'm a Hornet driver only  Hornet_AB_detent.rar
I have a 3d model (stl) that I can share. I am away from home though for 2 days but will upload when I return. I've already printed it out and tested it, and it works perfect.
The only one I could find there was from K-Lu which is a Sketchup file. I might have a play with that, but I'm not too familiar with Sketchup. More of Fusion360 user.
I thought for sure with the Hornet coming out there would be a heap of guys building Hornet pits.
Yeah spoke to those guys. Their pdf plans are the "simplified" version. Was hoping to find one that was a little more detailed with a canopy bow and MIP. Or even a simple CAD version that I could modify myself.
Hey mate, what mods have you done to the stick? Did you do the increased force mod? If so, is it a noticeable increase? What grip is that that you are using?
I have a sidewinder itching to be modded.
The iRacing team implemented it almost immediately for multi-monitors. Not sure if that's relevant or not. Surely they didn't rewrite their entire engine in such short time?
