  1. If you have a 3d printer you can print your own with the file I uploaded here.. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?p=3513780#post3513780
  2. I only noticed this myself not long ago on the real jets. Personally I don't know why they did. Probably more realistic for how a roo moves but looks wonky I think.
  3. Yeah I almost bought those plans - but thought, although not overly expensive, it was still a bit of a gamble for a set of plans. It seems the concerns I had are confirmed by your experience.
  4. No worries man. Can't wait for the release!
  5. Absolutely amazing work mate! Really looking forward to using them! One small detail - the kangaroo in the roundel on the sides are tilted back slightly on the real aircraft, giving them a slightly lower tail position. I think this was a somewhat recent change as I've seen older pictures with the kangaroo as you have them.
  6. There you go mate. Print it on its side with supports at 0.150mm layer height and 100% infill. No need for the Viggen file. I'm a Hornet driver only  Hornet_AB_detent.rar
  7. Yes, push through detent. I modeled it myself in Fusion360.
  8. I have a 3d model (stl) that I can share. I am away from home though for 2 days but will upload when I return. I've already printed it out and tested it, and it works perfect.
  9. "..could.."?? Looks pretty legit to me. Wags has it in his sig.. Pictures, price, release is all I need now.
  10. OMG OMG OMG!!!!!
  11. PM sent
  12. I'm using VR, so it doesn't need to be super accurate. Essentially, with the headset on, I want to feel as though I am sitting in a Hornet.
  13. The only one I could find there was from K-Lu which is a Sketchup file. I might have a play with that, but I'm not too familiar with Sketchup. More of Fusion360 user. I thought for sure with the Hornet coming out there would be a heap of guys building Hornet pits.
  14. Yeah spoke to those guys. Their pdf plans are the "simplified" version. Was hoping to find one that was a little more detailed with a canopy bow and MIP. Or even a simple CAD version that I could modify myself.
  15. Does anyone have F/A-18 simpit cnc plans? Or even just MK14 seat plans? Or a CAD file of either/both? Would be very appreciative for anything.
  16. Any more progress with this project guys? The Hornet is approaching release and I'd love to build myself this beauty.
  17. Thanks for the clarification. So in essence, we have minimal to zero chance of this happening.
  18. Hey mate, what mods have you done to the stick? Did you do the increased force mod? If so, is it a noticeable increase? What grip is that that you are using? I have a sidewinder itching to be modded.
  19. The iRacing team implemented it almost immediately for multi-monitors. Not sure if that's relevant or not. Surely they didn't rewrite their entire engine in such short time?
  20. JAR you're an Aussie aren't you? Any interest/intentions of creating a RAAF squadron when the official Hornet releases?
  21. ....and I admire your optimism brother.
  22. I've followed this thread a looong time and kept tight lipped.... I think it's time to face the facts - this myth is busted.
  23. Bonza, mate!
  24. Damn shame.. Looks like a real performance booster.. (for Nvidia anyhow)
  25. Anyone know if ED has mentioned implementing SMP support for Nvidia cards?
