So... we did lose round 6? :D

Today I used a different approach... I disabled the mouse input from Intugame Gear VR (set it to 0 sensitivity) and used FacetrackNoIR with point tracker plugin all the way for 6DOF. Had to set up my Delan Clip pointing backwards on my headset (yes, IR leds facing into the space behind me) and position the PS3Eye behind my chair to look at my head's back. All this is needed because if IR clip is facing front, by turning your headset left the GearVR covers the IR leds and the camera can't see them... After some fiddling with inverting the X, Y, Z and Pitch, Yaw, Roll inputs in FaceTrackNoIR and setting all curves to 1:1 movement (if input is 50 you set it to result with same output value on curve graph), the result is a totally enjoyable 6DOF DCS VR experience... Aries Out... :smartass:

What does A2A training consist of in a real Hawg's pilot learning experience...? As we love to call our baby F/A-10C due to numerous air victories against F-15C & SU-27, who dared to go low & dirty in simulated campaigns...

I wrote some on Stereo 3D with Gear VR in this thread... it halves the used ingame res... better without it... maybe someone can make it better with more fiddling... Here is my solution for long DCS Intugame Gear VR wifi streaming sessions, a little cooling: It even makes a light breeze pass over your face for more immersion... :megalol:

From last night... Placing some SA-6 north of Vaziani area... The Red grip arround Vaziani... congrats to the Blue side, you defended like lions... Placing tha mortar shit at the Blue "gates"... *NOB*Wepar & *NOB*Aries SEAD to Vaziani... Do I have to mention Maverick exterminated our punny fragile souls every frikkin time... ...and believe me, flying through Tibilisi city in a Huey, knowing that there is a shitload of Blues in the skies and then seeing a Sidewinder trail slowly becomming larger in your face is quite a scary experience...

I suggest a time frame of 2.5h per session cause the unbearable jiggly-wiggly starts just then... between 2:30h-3:00h... And then I freak out being a GCI and trying to explain to my comrades about the techno-dance party going on arround their flying coffins... :D

I will just say that last night's battle for the Mykop FARP was a really great experience... And congratulations to the BLUE side on their hard AAA/SAM deployment "get to tha choppa" work... There were times when 3 or 4 RED SEAD/AG aircraft attacked the FARP together with 2-3 fighters covering and they still managed to re-spawn and defend with frikkin choppaz... And of course, great kudos to the RED FAC/GCI, it all made much more sense with your voice in the air...

I first run Intugame on PC, then connect the phone to WiFi in the network range where the PC is. Then I launch Intugame Gear VR on the phone and it asks me to place the phone into the Gear VR headset. I put it in and trigger the proximity sensor by nearing my forehead to the VR helmet and then the Intugame circle in the taskbar on the PC turns from grey to green... Sometimes Oculus jumps in if you don't do it right but then I pull the phone out, close all apps and repeat the procedure... After that it works great...

You can open that book on random a thousand times and just continue reading, being sucked into it like a little girl into Cinderella... :D

In a local Samsung Store... They announced start of shipping tomorrow, I placed an on-line order the same day and the dude called me on my phone, sent me the bill on e-mail, I payed & voila it was there a few days later, on my head... :D
