  1. Looking for NTTR documentation. I recall having a PDF that the cover page contained the following image: It had a nice map of the range, coordinates of various locations, etc. For the life of me I can't remember if it was official air force documentation or if it was created for some virtual group. This is just a plea in case someone has something similar in their collection. Thanks
  2. Thanks guys. It was staring me in the face the ability to change the port while setting up a server.
  3. I don't think the "pause on start" options are necessary anymore, those are settings that are available while setting up a server. As for the bandwidth adjustments, I'm don't know.
  4. Currently I am hosting a 24/7 server, but there are times when I would host another closed server for a smaller group, or testing purposes. Is there a way to accomplish two servers behind one router? Is there a way to change the default port used by DCS?
  5. Thanks FlightControl, Grimes. I'll look into it.
  6. Count me-in, not sure how good of an actor I am, but I like the concept you're pursuing.
  7. I know I'm raising the dead with this thread, but is there a way to actually count the rounds fired using S_EVENT_SHOOTING_START and S_EVENT_SHOOTING_END?
  8. Sorry for the crossbind! And the drunken takeoff. Thanks for the GCI and great event! Wish Sabre 1 gave a better show!
  9. I'm new to all this, but what "board" did you start with?
  10. Zooker - If available, F86
  11. What timezone are you in? What kind of equipment do you have? e.g. HOTAS, Pedals, TrackIR, etc.
  12. RAF_Raven, do they show in the mission builder when you test a mission? Mine don't show when I "Prepare Mission"
  13. Thanks guys! Good to know.
  14. Anyone else finding the Flak nearly impossible to see?
  15. @Solty I find the reverse. The lower the res, the better the visibility...(and I do have the capability and have run at 4k)
  16. Get a human to practice with. The AI flight model is optimistic. If you're in the states, send me a PM if you'd like to fly.
  17. Get with an experienced player. The fastest way to learn is from someone who explains what to look for. Although it's likely any experienced player interested in the Mustang is flying the Normandy map.
  18. Zooker Lonewolf US F-5

  20. Thanks for clearing that up guys! Much appreciated!
  21. I'm running into difficulty following along with videos on youtube, specifically https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7bhsLYHLVP4. At approximately 3:45 into the video, there is astep I am unable to complete. Is there a workaround I am missing? Do we need two harddrives?
  22. By watching the logs, is this something you're doing live while the mission is active? Or, are you reviewing them after the mission is closed?
  23. Thanks! Sound advice to start. Mission building is turning out to be very time-consuming. Gives a new appreciation to the great missions that provided tot he community.
