still looking at how to set up hyperthreading , found nothing in my bios so far , will google it in a few minutes . TESTING UPDATES , FRAMERATES BS without affinity ======== 19 fps Affinity manually===========32 fps <<<here's the kicker Jesse's==================26 fps DCSMax 1.1 and 1.2a========25 fps I'd like to test wombat's but don't know how , I put the cmd thing in bin/ stable and run it and it says can't find launcher .

DCSmax 1.2a with 8 cores box on Corei7 920 , only 4 boxes tickable , 4 others are grayed out and unticked/untickable. might be a local setting on my end ? I'm pretty sure I have hyperthreading enabled as my MB bios settings are default .

BS is working , check the forums as softth seems to be big on "community" help. there is a thread with config for BS on the very first page. just trying to help , I haven't decided what way I will go myself yet . the $500 can$ th2go is very steep considering that $500 would pay for the 3rd monitor AND extra vid card I need , also that vid card could be used in sli mode when not using tripple monitors . if they would price the thing(TH2go) at say $150.00 , I'd buy it for sure .

IT WORKS !! confirmed through task manager that 4 cores were "on" I will report on framerate later as I'm running abris and shkval on 2sd monitor and I lost my fps counter . :( I had tried Jesse's app before and was getting about 10% better FPS by setting affinity manually through the task manager with the core i7 . thanks for your work Skypat

DCS/BS needs a good sticky for setting up multi monitors , as the thread that everyone refers to doesn't really help as nobody ever explains what settings does what as in that VAAF page I refered you to .

I actually landed with half a blade missing (broke it hitting the ground if I remember well), the whole helicopter was shaking like a washing machine . I wish I had force feedback to know what it would have felt like on the stick instead of my X-45 . I was proud of that landing to say the least .

talking about rockets , is there a way to shoot fast ? I have to hold the trigger for like 3 seconds before the shot gets off is there a way to press the trigger and get a more instantaneous response ?
