We are talking about this (see picture below) rotary:

It is a bug. I run into the same problem and opened the discussion topic but nobody seems to be using the rotary to move radar antenna azimuth. When rotary (or any other axis) is assigned to the "Radar Horizontal", it is actually assigned to "Target Expected Range". And ther is no "Target Expected Range" on the list of axis (see picture below). Here's the topic: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=53765

With MiG-29S, I am trying to map Radar Horizontal to a rotary on my X52. I assumed, this would work the antena azimuth. Well, instead, the Expected Target Range is affected? Is this a bug? Or, how do I make the rotary to work the antena azimuth? And, Radar Vertical works just fine with X52 Rotary. By the way, I am doing this because the TDC Slew (vert/hori) when mapped to X52 rotaries, now works very different then what it used to have been working in the last five yeras or so. Now, as soon as I move rotary from center, the TDC moves until I return rotary to neutral?

The card was installed in the data center for a small fee. We first confirmed that the data center was willing to install our video card. Then we purchased the card and shipped it to them. One video card already failed. So this is the second card in the past year. Bear in mind the server runs 24 h a day ...

Our server runs GIGABYTE GV-R465OC-1GI Radeon HD 4650 1GB 128-bit GDDR2. It not a very good card but it is good enough for DX 9.0 and for FC.

If I am not mistaken, Coalitions can only be assigned once, at the beginning of making a map. After that, you are stuck with whatever coalitions you made and can not add or remove nations. If you want your coalitions to be different, you will have to start building the map from the scratch. Thus, it takes some thorough planning, coalition-wise, before committing to making a map.
