Okay so there is a trend it crashes consistently after an aircraft is shot down? It doesn't happen every time but when it does crash it happens a few seconds after an aircraft is shot down. here is the latest track. you will notice a mig21 shoots down an f15 and then a crash. on an earlier session I watched an f15 shoot down an su27 and the server crashed. I’ve noticed the crash always happens soon after someone is shot down. Does not happen every time? -

Just throwing darts out there. 1 thing I’ve noticed often is when you have multiple ground units traveling down a road and the lead vehicle is too slow they all get bunched up. If I force the lead vehicle to stop or rather even a lone vehicle. Then tell it to go again it will no longer follow the route assigned to the unit but go off into a random direction. So there is something wrong going on with the pathfinding. Maybe that is the source of the random crashes? -
If an arty unit is spawned the animations of it firing, as well as the shell, and the explosion are missing. 1. In multiplayer 2. Spawn an arty unit 3. set target for it to fire You will notice you can hear the sound of it firing but you will see no animation or hit of the arty round. the EWR can detect aircraft and report information to the pilot even though the forward observer or tactical commander role shows nothing on the map. This is with correct settings and mission parameters. This is especially true when aircraft are at very high altitude.

Will the F18 have a programmable data cartridge that will include the weather and save your weapon profiles and waypoints?

When this happens it causes my game to crash but no crash log is generated. -
It's a shame multiplayer is in such a bad spot. I know allot of people including my self go out and buy modules because of Drex's server. It's like every patch the bar has had to be lowered forcing drex to take things out. I say no more and I say Ed needs to put time and effort fixing the multiplayer experience. It's worth it by a huge margin.

Odd in alpha 8 was enough and now it’s magically over 16? Sorry but this is bad optimization and devs need to fix.

I recorded a few tracks to give you guys some evidence of the r3rs not tracking targets correctly and I noticed when I watched to the track they were all inaccurate.

I think server load times are related to a memory issue with the game. everyone who joins sees a huge spike maxing the memory usage and crashes/kicks you back to the server list. After Drex put in the static units of the planes/skins I can no longer join his server because of the memory issue. The only way I was able to was by turning down the textures to medium. Much like polls of the last U.S. Election. A campaign is not going to motivate me to buy a module but a multiplayer campaign would. Also top corporate management and deciders can always find an analysis that supports their own views. Example is blockbuster thinking it was fine because people liked to read the back of DVD boxes and buy popcorn from them rather than use Netflix. Look at the industry and you'll see multiplayer is the long term money maker.

I get the countdown when rearming when I'm next to an ammo truck but if I jump into another vehicle then back in it shows 1 second left and does not rearm until the mission is reloaded. I'll wait over 1 hour and still gives me the message that it's still rearming. This also happens in Multiplayer.

Been having issues with ground units creating dust trails while following roads. To replicate set path to road select greeen waypoint starting and destination as green waypoint.

It's not. This is a DCS problem. related post about it here. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=130723&page=4 Also experienced it causing the server to lockup when deployed on Blue Team. -
I agree with what Drex has said. I feel as a paying customer you do not provide equal support for features you have offered in your product. You offered a multiplayer experience but it barely even works. Crash after crash, stuttering, lag, units committing suicide by driving into rivers, AI getting stuck, sling loading physics are incorrect causing multiplayer sessions to crash, A10C illumination flares causing servers to crash, not being able to use arty unless I reconnect to the server. Losing options to control units after a disconnect. The list goes on. I do however still play because of the community and fighting against humans is far more challenging than the AI. I for one am one of those who bought a module because of Drex’s server. In fact I bought two and will probably get a 3rd. If it wasn’t for his server I would have just stopped with the A10C and not boherered with any of the others. Please in 2018 give the multiplayer a greater focus and polish.
