I have setup as in sig, never had this before until now, happened tonight for the first time with GTX460 and 270.51 drivers (been using both for a week now) and only thing that has changed is updated to 1.1.0.7. If I remember correctly they went off when I went fence in and turned all exterior lights off with LShift + P so could be a lightin problem.

Never do runway starts.....it takes me 4 or 5 mins to go through the switches again and make sure she is set how I want her anyway...at least saying waiting for the INS to align gives me an excuse LOL:D

At least he ejected and no one was badly hurt. They can build another A10.....some spare parts for a cockpit build :D

I have tried going through the waypoint database, but can't get it to show in the Divert page. Only can get the closest four airports. The best thing as people have mentioned is to get the Airport Diagrams here http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=60370& They are very well made and have been a massive help for me. I have printed of the table of Frequencies A4 size and have them stuck on my desk! All I do then is bring up the ATC list by pressing F5 then the top one is the airport you are at, check this off my list and put in the Freq. Juuba....think this is what you mean?..... the Divert page the four nearest airports still give you all the info available as below: and as 4c Nikola said + or - 5 degrees for runway heading.

I'm sure the divert page will have the runway headings on it whether there is ILS or not. Will check when I get home and take a picture.

The divert page will also show the ILS freq, Tacan Freq, runway headings and Twr freq if avaliable for the chosen airfield.

Downloaded and installed.....no problems so far and does seem a little smoother. Still getting 30fps+ all the time. Lowest I have seen is 28 fps and never drops below :D

Awesome info, will be getting booked up ASAP!! Anyone else going make sure you are wearing something with DCS A10C on it.....then you will know who all the A10C lovers are around the aircraft :D

Finally comleted Smerch Hunt. Was awesome to get the mission complete statement at the end and managed to land it :music_whistling: Have managed to use the radios and CDU for all the target finds, only had a few problems finding the last few targets. Also managed ot run through the 25th VFS Checklist for the first time all the way to shut down. All I need now is practice, practice and more practice till it's almost second nature!! :D Some screenies

Hi all, Just a bit of info just in case someone else is, or comes across this problem. Bought the Palit GTX460 Sonic 1Gb. Although I noticed the great increase in frame rates, I found that I had a problem with small pixels dancing aroound the screen. This only happened every now and then and was happening in Windows 7 or any other program I used (it is not directly related to A10C) Tired every different setting I could in the nVidia panel, rolling back drviers etc etc...you name it I tried it except....... Had a look online and found that the VGA to VGA could be the problem so bought a DVI to VGA cable from ebay for about 6 quid and it sorted the problem. It has actually massivly improved the graphics and made them a lot sharper! As I said just for infromation. :thumbup:

Does gliding count? Have flown solo in K21 and K18. Never really had the money to become a powered pilot, and am too old now to go for Military pilot :mad: Also had an hour in a real Cessna 172 after my wife bought me it as a gift when I had FS2004.

As the title says, is there any way I can get the A10C Texture template for the A10C in zip format?

Also one of the OSB's along the bottom, think it's the OSB '11' will have 'Ack' (Acknowledge) on it. This will also get rid of the messages.

I unplugged form the wall just to make sure :D. All installed now and have done some initial tests. Loving it as I now have everything on max except water (don't think the reflections look realistic anyway) and have changed the graphics.cfg to 60fps. I had it on 30fps max before and it was a little twitchy. Once i upped it to 60fps max it ran smooth as silk. Gonna have a play with a few settings and see what is better / worse etc till I find my favorite settings.

GTX 460 now installed, just had a quick try on DCSW and have got 31fps set and with shadows on max, heat blur on and TSSAA on it doesn't budge from 31 fps!! :D

Yeah will make sure everything is really turned off. Have had shock before so know what it's like. I thought capacitors held the charge even if they were turned of for ages? Got it from Amazon....Palit GTX 460 Sonic 1Gb for 130 quid. I know it's not the best card (got a Palit GTX260 at the mo and had no problems) but already running good frames and settings so just wanted that little bit extra. The only thing installed on my PC is DCS Warthog....gave up BFBC2 and CODMW ages ago......like flying for fun not fighting cheats LOL Wife and two kids....that's how much I have :thumbup: If I had the money would buy a whole new PC :D Will be looking at OC'ing once I get it running if need. Gonna be making a few more changes to the case though for extra fans. Want to get one in the top to draw hot air out. Hte case has pretty good cooling at the mo from the extra fans I put in after some drill and hacksaw changes to the case :D

Yeah they did when I upgraded my drivers to 266.58 on my GTX260. Not sure how clean it will make it, but didn't have any problems since the upgrade of drivers. They say it will be here by 1300hrs Saturday......:D:joystick::D I have most settings in DCSW on max except shadows and water and have blur off. Hoping I may get everything maxed and still get 30fps!!

Just ordered the GTX460 1Gb :D Haven't installed one for ages so just to make sure I am right...... Uninstall nVidia software Turn PC off Remove old card and replace with GTX460 Turn computer back on Install new nVidia drivers...... Thanks in advance! (can't wait to try DCSW with it!!)
