You can use snap views..think it's LWin and numpad 1 for radios....if not will be LWin and one of the numpad numbers. I have mapped it to 'M' so I can press M to look at my radios and set them up with my mouse. Also allows you to just see the EAC and RAD ALT switches to turn them on without moving the throttle.

I went into the mission and 'Enforced' the labels and tooltips, but left the 'Value' box unchecked. When I hosted the game I still had labels and tooltips? Think I will just have to join other servers :D

Just make sure you don't send him in form the South while you attack form the North :megalol:

Hopefully I will have 100 hours online soon.....just hope it's not with tooltips still on :D The only place I can find anything to do with tooltip and label settings is in the options.lua in the User/savegame folder. Couldn't find anything in the Eagle Dynamics folder? I have tried everythiing I can think off, but am still stumped as to why they are coming up only when I play multiplayer!!! ED, any ideas? :helpsmilie:

Untouched, but not unloved!! From an online flight...makes it so much more fun!!

It's not to do with mission settings, I had a look. Also Tooltips come up which I never use either (every time I hover my mouse over a button in MP, it shows me what the button does!) Had a look in options.lua and all is set as it should be. I couldn't find an options.lua for MP though? I think it takes it all from the same file?

Had a look and they were already turned off and set to be like that for every mission. I also have Tooltips turned off in sim, but in multiplayer they still appear. It seems like multiplayer, doesn't recognize my sim settings?? Also does MP flying add to your Logbook for deaths, A/G, landings etc?

Don't worry he got low enough....he's grounded now for dangerous flying LOL At least you made it back....I'm wishing I listened more on SERE training LOL No worry's they will be gone!! Is there any way of stopping them coming on in MP before you even start...i.e. no one can have labels?

First online flight today with a few peep's!! Set up a server thinking it would be a bit jumpy and was suprised how smooth it was!! So much more fun flying with real peep's online. So now it's TARS and FRAPS!! This never stops does it :joystick: A few pic's

The Landing training mission is also good for learning how to set up for an ILS approach.

Thanks gents. I ws seeing the INS RDY on the CDU, but wasn't waiting till it was flashing. Only realised when I read the checklist and noticed T=4.0 0.8 I still had it at 3.6 and 1.6 Works fine now!! :thumbup: Just done the Smerch Hunt mission, got one SCUD launcher and got as far as Fence Out in the checklist, all good and had a giggle to myself as the checklist says 5. Damage Visually check wings.......check LOL (I've got half a wing missing!!)

Have just printed them out. I was making my own set, but not to this sort of standard so have started using these :thumbup: Have tested them out to the point of Fence In and they work perfect. Only problem I am having is that I cannot get the EAC to Arm. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?? Great job paulrkii.....+1 rep inbound

I wouldn't worry about the $60 dollars....it's the $400 for the HOTAS Warthog, $200 for the CH rudder pedals, $70 dollars to get the manual printed from PDF, $100 dollars on wood making your cockpit......... ........and the $4000 settlement for the divorce :D As with any company selling it cheaper would aid in selling more? (thus make more money) that's OK, but when the community for this kind of thing is fairly small compared to the millions who would buy things like COD 1, 2, 3, 4 etc etc every year to get the newest game, I think by ED selling at a lower price wouldn't really make them that much more money. As they are probably already reaching the majority of the customers who would buy it at a fairly high price. I'm pretty sure ED are all over it :D

Voice over actor is William E. "Hammer" Crudup III. I thought exactly the same! Can you imagine if they had Samuel L Jackson as the vioce over actor....the sim would cost about £500 just to cove rthe cost of him!!

Complete a mission and save a track. Date it as the day you flew the mission. Exactley a 6 months later, fly the same mission and record the track......then sit back and see how much of a difference there is to your flying and operation of the systems. Bet the difference will be amazing!!

Someone....it looks like a company called GameZart has ruined the video! Not only that but they are advertising as a company selling games on their website, and putting info about a CD key's on Youtube, tells me not just GA should be after them but also ED!!!! :shocking:

I think this would be a nice touch aswell. Especially for me as I don't have track IR (on the list along with GTX460 and TM Warthog and a remortgage on the house LOL), and when changing to ILS, HARS etc it can be a pain to get to the switches. At least with the option, everyone can have it how they wish.

It's just like that sticky keys error, but it ain't F5 being pressed 5 times !!LOL BTW, this isn't gonna speed Ed up on Beta 6 now......

Only seen them once so hoping the C model makes a difference, but don't think it will. Will have to hope they have some at some airshows.....Mildenhall will not happen again so gonna look at going to the RNAS Yeolvilton Int Airshow in July!
