  1. Frederf, great summary. Two more things, the MRP-56, beacon marker system, that is linked in a strange way to the PRMG and that the code for the RSBN/PRMG is coded from Blackshark 1 onwards in the Beacons.lua, alongside with the TACAN/ILS/NDB and other navigation systems.

  3. Both airbases only have PRMG in one of the runways. If the active runway it's the other one (27 active for K-C for example) PRMG will not be active.

  6. Why? You've got a working Lua for Russian navigation (NDB/RSBN/PRMG) since Blackshark 1. Even the Russian FC3 planes use this implementation (for PRMG) In the NTTR I can fly with the Albatross and the RSBN in manual mode without any RSBN stations. It's like ask for a TACAN and ILS station in every airport in every city in the world. In a future LN map, LN must use the standard implementation or the other planes cannot make a proper navigation/approach. If every developer makes their own system, the "DCS open idea" is dead.
  7. LN has chosen to have a proprietary nav system. ARC is the acronym for NDB in Russian. It's the same system: English name NDB, Russian name ARC If the LN-21 will depict a real ARC-10, MRP-56 marker beacon, and a real RSBN equipment, like in the Fagot and the Albatross, all will be easier. Maybe in the medium-long term, with the upcoming Viggen, LN will change to a most accurate depiction of a navigation system, either western or Russian.
  8. Great news Zeus. One question, With the PIP implementation and the last A/A radar modes, the "MAGIC search" button (nº2 on the picture of the stick in your post) will be enabled along with the "medium position of the throttle CCM selector (cannon/return to PCA/MAGIC)"? Thanks!
  9. If you can lock a target at 200 meters AGL, well the radar is bugged then. Or is a design feature.
  10. It isn´t a radar filtering. In the "H Signal" (medium position) the compesation channel is engaged. Must be on below 3500-4000 meters (IRL Manuals) The radar antenna is set in an upward position of +1.5º/2º when you engage the Low Altitude mode. Even in this mode, the radar is unable to search and track at an altitude below of 2000 meters, according with real life manuals.

  13. You need to activate the "master module" of the mod and after the Ka-50 part of the mod.
  14. Maybe it´s a simple graphic bug. Is the right selector in the VOR/ILS, the labeled "test/HG/BD" a 2 positions knob "HG/BD" or a 3 positions "HG/TEST/BD? The selector seems to be in a "center position" (TEST) but you can only switch it between HG/BD. I think it´s a WiP feature. Thanks in advance! Tarres

    Yes, I know the limitations about the DCS implementation. The list is more about "what the controls should be in the DCS M2000C". For example, separated ECM power on and ECM jammer on. Thanks PiedDroit.

    Sorry for reopen the topic. The operation mode of the EW suite then would be: .- BR on: ECM system powered on. .- the VEI-square-PCM: ECM system running status, in our DCS-case; VEI: jammer powered on and in standby, square: operation (keybind E), PCM: not functional. .-DA: RWR power on/off/selftest; .-D2M: not functional in 2000C version; .-LL: Flare/chaff pods on/off; .-Rotary: A,1-10: auto or programmed chaff-flare sequences. Not functional in DCS. 11 positions and not the "discret positions" that we have for now. Is this correct? Thanks in advance.

Any options to have the dismount sight checkbox moved from the special tab options as a common feature for the 39C/ZA to a specific checkbox for the 39C only in the special options tab of the 39C in the mission editor alongside the hood and the solo flight? Thanks for the best module!

  21. Quick question about the HUD symbology. Is there any switch in the M2000C that allow to show the HUD symbology as "Fixed" to prevent the data "to drift" in crosswind scenarios? Maybe the "EFF" switch is for "declutter the HUD" and the "ALL" switch is for "To allign the HUD symbology"? Thanks in advance.
  22. I think that it´s WIP feature. Is there any switch or rotary, like in the Huey or the Hip, to select the radio to contact with a FAC (VHF FM) or ATC (UHF) or Flight Group (VHF AM) for example? Maybe it´s related with the Team Relay box, that it isn´t modeled at the moment? Thanks in advance.

    DCS: F-5E!

    I hope that the issue with the VOR navigation in the NTTR will be solved to allow a proper IFR (VOR+TACAN) for the F-5E-3 and for the Huey. For now the HUEY only has one NDB for IFR in the NTTR (and the great gospadin mod) and the VOR navigation is bugged. (Yes, it´s an alpha)
