For everyone else it's slow at m2 30000f without clouds and fast on the ground It's due to the lack of overall volume in the scene due to basic lightning, giving a poor impression of terran relief ans objects if you don't look precisely at a point and let your imagination convince itself of the relief using the colors. Better managing lightning, which means shadows too, oc...will have better overall sensations, heigh and speed. I'm not a specialist but i'm sure that's the problem, since the proportions and distances seem correct. And of course, the impression is present at ground level and with omnipresent particles
  8. already 50ft trees is the average high...but 100ft is just to reduce their number and give the impression of dense forest...at low altitude or in a helicopter it's ugly and surreal. because greedy engine and badly made to display many elements.   12. you forgot the otpimization...4090 to run this engine is so ridiculous. Strange that other programs much better in qualities and finishes turn better with less... lockon 1.2

    Wet Surfaces?

    a lot of shadows, lights and oc are not impletement, so wet surfaces...

  17. it is the same weather on a whole country because of the presets. Overcast on the whole map...with holes every 10 nm. Not realistic, not very immersive. That the clouds move is useless in mission, unless you wait 1 hour in flight that the sky clears or moves a few nm, or then games of several hours in multi to perceive the utility. it would have been better to work to have different patterns on a map I think they made the wrong choices on how the clouds are generated. Of course the simulation aspect of the game is very satisfying but on the graphics they were always late and with surprising choices. And yet it's on the graphical aspect that they make the most communication...like a new halo, but still no effects on the pc and other light sources... by being inspired by the best, we progress

I have problems to configure gama and have a good rendering. at 2.2 I can barely see the stars on a moonless night, caucasus and PG but during the day, the image is so bland, too bright at 1.8 in the day it's better but on the other hand at night I no longer see the stars. and ground lights... i test with sweetfx but the problem si the same, impossible to keep and find the good settings for any situation Wouldn't there be a general lighting problem? is it due to the engine? Will there be an update for the lighting system? however, cool update on the clouds. And yes, we always want more

  20. maybe can help somebody my config : i5 8600k gtx1070 32goRam on 1080p and my old driver 436.30 No issues here, no fps drop or glitch
  21. i don't upgrade my nvidia driver for old gen cg the news driver are for the new gen and im sure they kill the perf to push the slave to upgrade their hardware, test with a lot of game with my gtx1070 and since some years i don't upgrade my driver and all is good. Mostly of the poor gain in the driver description....for each version 20% perf gain....lol with time, my cg should be 500% better... let Eagle Dynamics working on the optimization thank you ED for your work!!!! (sorry for my english, it's not lack of respect)
