You really can´t expect a game in constant development to run exactly the same way forever with a very old rig that could use some extra ram aswell. Surely you understand that? Now, i´m not saying there isn´t an issue with the patch either.. but you really need to manage your expectations. There comes a moment, when no matter what you do with the settings, only way to run the game decently is to just upgrade the rig. Some of the posts in this topic give a feeling that if a game doesn´t run on their rig, exactly with the settings they want to use with the fps they need to have, game is automatically faulty. I mean like OP has Haswell, it was amazing for its day.. but it´s most certainly the next day now. That´s almost 8 years old cpu. That said, i really hope they find a flaw and they find some more fps in a form of a fix, but this might not happen. If the fps drop doesn´t show up in developers tests despite attempts, there´s nothing for them to fix.
