  1. and they did it in A-10A's!! No Autopilot.
  2. Its not moving randomly, you can control it with your head-movements, via TiR. It is very touchy though.
  3. The one time i tried this i found that there was still a bare metal edge that framed the screen. Not as wide as the original cover, it was ugly so i put the frame back on and sat one monitor slightly behind the other so only 1 frame width was visible. Its not that difficult to remove the frame, perhaps yours will be different, good luck.
  4. hey Doc its definately working for me. I have it mapped to the mic switch, with the paddle as a modifier. Perhaps try holding it down for a moment, as i said it seems very touchy to me, but it does work
  5. I used to like the knee boards in FC2. No pilot = no kneeboards
  6. H + Right Shift + Right Ctrl = goggle gain up H + Right Shift + Right Alt = goggle gain down this works, although seems very touchy for me
  7. hey Greb, on your first version , the jtac would not answer after i had begun attacking targets, but was still lasing/ sparkling the targets. After destroying the current target he would announce SHIFT and illuminate the next target. this continued untill all destroyed then i was given permission to leave. It was the same at both target sites and did work well. I didnt have any taxi problems, or notice any, but i think everything had landed by the time i was taxiing to the runway. As for the GBU-12's accuracy, i recall seeing other threads complaining about this and the SPI Hud recticle being up to 250m off what is showng on the MFCD . http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=64039 Possibly be related problems Thanks for your efforts, going to try the updated version now :joystick:
  8. Thanks. I like the activity around you on the ramp, gets rid of that sterile feel. Ran perfectly.
  9. I'm using a Warthog too. Will have to investigate further. Thanks Just tried again and seems to work as you said. Not sure what was happening last night. However TIR will only accept a single joy press. If I'm using an in game modifier, i need TIR to accept two button presses. (the paddle button and a second button to center/pause/precision). Any ideas? I'm going to try the Radio UP for Center, and Radio Depress for Precision. (thanks Squirrel) Let me know how you go Yskonyn
  10. @ Yskonyn, i use the Pinkie button with the lever as a modifier (joy button 4), in game, and that gives a heap of free buttons to map. @ Flamin Squirrel, My TIR won't accept my joystick input. I'm running 5.0.300. Tried the usual way you do key binds, but no joy. Am I missing something?
  11. Hey Joe, it was "Home Entertainment Suppliers". They're in Bankstown from memory. I haven't rung them back yet. I'm going to go with PC Case gear i think. And the ETA sounds about right from what "HES" told me (couple of days difference)
  12. I just rang a thrustmaster distributor in Sydney and was told they will have them in 10 days. Would not give me a price or a list of retailers. Have to ring back in 10 days..... Hmmm Canberra is only a 6hr round trip...
  13. Yes it was my router. But don't let the Minister for War and Finance find out that we need a new one. She doesn't need to know until after the warthogs paid for.......:music_whistling:
  14. I'm getting a 404 error. (though it could be my router misbehaving again)
