I understand, but it's still a lot for something thats meant to entice players. The first thing someone looks at is the price. I'm sure some have looked at the price tag and not read any further.
Anyway, I still fail to understand where FC3 fits in the grand scheme of DCS World. It's been announced that the F15C and Su27 will both get AFM updates with individually downloadable modules for DCS World, so that immediately discounts two aircraft from the FC3 package.
I can accept FC3 for what it is and as it stands it's a great package, but from the future announcements already made it seems that it is being pushed toward the margins by ED.
Personally if FC3 didn't exist and ED offered a cheap download like they are planning to do, this would be infinitely preferable than a single 50 dollar download which offers a few basic aircraft.
FC3 as it stands is a mish-mash of differing levels of aircraft. The MiG variants haven't been given the same love as some others and the 33 seems to have been largely ignored.
If I were ED, I would drop FC3 completely and streamline the whole DCS World system so that it does away with FC3 and offer the individual aircraft separately. That way we know what to expect.
