I'm sure it is a lot different, but I'd rather pull 6.5 in the air than 3 on the ground. Flying a fighter jet is something that can't be put into words. That's awesome that he was able to do that. That's a once in a lifetime experience that he'll never forget! I fully agree, it was much better when I took control of the jet.

If the F-16 would of been built like it was suppose to, it'll destroy the F-15, hands down!

Ok, got cha, guess I'm use to seeing AF bases and normally I landed on them during the day.

I saw a full scale mockup of the F-35 at Nellis back in 2008. They can look real. We'll just have to wait and see what happens with this in the future.

I did 6.5 g's on my ride, it wasn't too bad, I wanted to try 9. I get car sick if I'm not driving on curvy roads and very bad sea sickness. That was the only thing that stopped me from trying to do 9g's.

It does, it's called TWS :D In FLOOD mode, your missile will go for the biggest return in that circle, it doesn't care if it's a friendly or enemy. Even if the only thing in the circle is the bad guy....if your buddy flies into it, the missile could attack him.

Like I said, I'm never seen lights in the middle of the taxiway like that. Do some airports do this? If not, is there a way to move them back into the grass area before the taxiway?

That's coming from talking to real pilots. But, everything comes to how they are loaded.

From the looks of the nose, it's gonna have a very small radar. Those screens look like lil USB monitors. The canopy is nice and clear also, wonder if the next model comes with it tinted?

F-16's are better in a turn fight then 15's.

HungaroJET, I think Kuky is talking about how the lights are on the taxiway at that base. I have never seen lights in the middle or covering a taxiway like that.

No, the enemy doesn't know a missile is inbound, he just knows he is being locked up. But, if he is looking out the pit, he might see the smoke trail of the missile.

Did you see the picture of the cockpit? Looked like it had a CD player in it, plus it looks small. It looks like it's a pit that someone here has built.
