Gosh, I'm slightly flattered you have taken all that time to read my posts and you presumed I had nothing else to do Anyway, my screenshot example of Razbam's discord is, zambrano clearly does not care what people post despite being in litigation with ED, that is very unprofessional. Stop making up your own interpretations of what I post, it's rude to say the least. I think it's best we ignore each other now, you have had your go at me with somewhat derogatory intent, but I am sure you have other things to do now, but I wouldn't like to bet on it ! That is how I understand the dispute. Mizzy Correct, the IP infringement is an allegation because there has not been a legal verdict, of course this will probably be settled out of Court as most cases are in civil litigation. However, the non payment issue is not an allegation, it has been stated as fact, but the dispute is not about non payment. The latter would have to brought by Razbam and to my knowledge they have not brought a claim against ED on the issue of non payment. Mizzy

No, that's not true, I respond to others who are doing the recycling of the same old same old, like the non payment implausible argument used by zambrano. I usually refer people to read the opening post before spreading misinformation and continuous speculation, hence my recent posts. This issue is close to my heart for other reasons as well which I am not going into. Mizzy

I didn't say that at all, read my post again, it clearly states the non payment dispute is a false flag from what we know so far. The real dispute is about IP and non payment is a result of IP infringement. We have gone over this so many times, that's why I said RB have been successful in detracting from IP infringement to one of non payment. You have totally misunderstood my post and not to be rude, but misunderstand the dispute. I was referring to M2M, not RB btw. Zambrano has used this tactic time and time again with 'this is what we could have brought to DCS if it wasn't for non payment' clap trap nonsense. Zambrano has promised a lot of things that don't materialise and it has all been said in previous posts. Let us not forget M2Ms disgraceful dialog in this dispute against ED, he's assuming ED would even allow them back and that's a big assumption, anyway, he's talking hot air nonsense in my opinion. I have just been let off being moderated, so I'm not saying any more than above. Mizzy

Back to the false flag issue that RB have been successfully peddling with his die hard minority followers, that being one of 'not being paid'. Sounds like a threat that if ED doesn't play ball (the false flag issue of payment), he's (M2M) going to take his bat and ball home. Sorry, but I find his post pathetic. Mizzy

Firstly, I hardly think the first post in this thread and hundreds of posts on this issue can be classified as 'silence'. Secondly, this dispute has been going on for much longer than a year, it's only because zambrano decided to go public that we know about the dispute. Thirdly, disputes like this can go on for several years and since you appear not to be a Lawyer, this can be frustrating for the layperson as they have no idea how civil Law works. Lastly, as I have said several times before, Razbam are highly unlikely to ever return to DCS, win or lose, there has been far too much bad feeling passed since this became public. Nothing official in what I am saying, it's just based on the damage that the dispute has already caused. Mizzy

Yes, I started off FC with flying this jobby ! The A10 has nothing on this beast, a flying tank. I think this is a very smart move by ED as it showcases the quality of their standards to new players like my son who has get interested in DCS without having it FF which is a shame, but I understand the thinking behind the release. Incorrect, you can still access Razbam's discord from the link on this forum! You have to register, nothing more, so why have you said it's "banned here for a while"? Mizzy

Indeed, good description. The problem with Razbam's discord is that you are not allowed to support anything other than Razbam, which means all the posts about this dispute must support Razbam, there are no exceptions. Mizzy

That's a fair comment, however, I think we have this thread due to Zambrano going public about the dispute and this is a way of containing the 'disparaging' remarks made by the said Party and contained in the first post. Afterall, Razbam have their discord, it would be unfair to just have the narrative of one side of the story. Mizzy

You are showing your ignorance, or denial of what this dispute is really all about. Read the first post and you will realise you have been manipulated, or rather being played in understanding the issue of this dispute. It's nothing to do with Zambrano's false claims of not being paid for no reason. This is why Razbam are finished as a 'developer' for DCS and your comment reinforces this, in my opinion. Please stop this non payment issue nonsense as the real reason for the dispute, just read the first post. Mizzy

I hope ED reads your post, it has merit. I bought the WWII asset pack several years ago and it was worth it. I think asset packs are a very good idea in bringing in stuff (not the best word) quicker than free AI units. As you say, if they are thought out properly and priced right, the incentive is there. Mizzy
