Cool campaign, any news on part 2 release date ?
-
Hmm with more than 500 posts, you should know that these comments rarely gets an answer and especially with Strike Eagle, the aircraft properly with longest hypetrain and development time...
-
Are both the F-15 and SA map going to be released on the same day?
Bedouin replied to Spectrum48k's topic in F-15E
I ain't holding my breath anymore have been waiting for this bird for tooo many years now, so until there comes something official from ED i am just waiting patiently in the shadows -
So you would could land it like a Hornet, with minimal flare and lots of wheelbrake
-
Since the Strike Eagle is a heavy bird especially with drop tanks, are the landing gear then stronger than for example the Viper and more similar to the Harrier and Hornet... Asking since i am a Hornet driver and has a tendency to tough/hard landings, and was wondering if i am gonna break the Strike Eagle with this kind of treatment..
-
Lol no problems, it happens
-
I think Ron from Razbam said he hoped/expected it to be released during 2022, so soon is perhaps a little optimistic and with the Strike Eagle hype then it has been close to release several times now

I am still waiting on my payment mail (ordered 4. April) but my calculations are that between 4-6 weeks from pre-order and then another 10-14 days for shipping
-
What i can gather from the responses here is, that around 4-6 weeks after pre-order, you will be getting the payment mail, and then within around 10 days its been shipped...
-
Know the feeling, i am checking mail and spamfilter daily and login to my orders on their site to check status there too, just be sure

Hi, If anyone could do this one, it would be super cool, and sure it would look amazing in DCS.. And i know its the D-Model but could still be great on the C-Model. http://the8shadesofblue.blogspot.com/2018/04/us-navy-vfa-103-jolly-rogers-pow-mia-fa_30.html

While I am awaiting the arrivial of my F-16EX, i was wondering is the rumble feature just a fun gimmick, or do it add to the immersion when flying..?
-
I ordered the Super Taurus, the F-16EX and a Combat panel on the 4/4-22 so i properly gotta wait another few weeks
-
So true, i even got the jitters and impatience, but it will not make the process any easier by complaining..! And seeing that some stuff now are available for pre-order again, makes me assume that we are getting closer to the next shipment date... But in these times we live in we have to have a lot of patience, but the day will come where FedEx knocks on the door, and i will smile like a child on Christmas

Hi, Have ordered some stuff as pre-order, but was wondering how often does WinWing restock, more how much patience i need to have before i am getting my new toys If its relevant its Orinn Stick+Base and Super Taurus Throttle + Combat Panel..? Thanks in advance, and this is not meant as a critique but more managing expectations

For me: - Map the Controls and test them out - Some quick flights, just to get the feeling for the bird - Try to understand the MPDs Then from tomorrow and during the weekend, start learning, Cold Start, proper Taxi and Take off, Landings and hovering - perhaps then next week, start learning the weapons I will take it slowly and with a lot of repetitions so the muscle memory starts to recognize the different functions, luckily i am patient man

I am danish, so its more the old viking grudge there could be an issue

Hi, Could this statement from Wags in the latest interview, indicate a possible KA-52, for else can't see any need for Petrovich in a KA-50... or its possible i am just dreaming..
-
Sounds true! Just hope that there will be made a special thread for finding CPG/Pilots to us there haven't got friends there play DCS... or perhaps even squads for the Apache, could be nice to train and fly missions with a group of fellow rotorheads...

Hey a fellow dane godt at se !!

I feel the Viper is too nimble, quick and impossible to land (for me :)).. So have always loved that the Hornet i can just slam it to the ground without an issue, also always loved the design and look of the Hornet, only the Super Hornet and Strike Eagle i find more cool looking..! The Hornets HOTAS and system integration feels more natural learning than the Viper (but guess this is properly very subjective). I love precision strike and bombing mission with the Hornet, where if i want to do CAS i prefer the Harrier... But loading up the Hornet with JDAMs and then a low fly in before getting up and bombing is such a sweet feeling, and then flying home and land on the Carrier.
