  1. I've tested today with Cat 11.4 WHQL and problem is still here.
  2. Just mapped it in the sim. Search for the command under "View" category. I think its name is "Snap View 5" or so.
  3. I've mapped Snap View 5 to the paddle switch of my HOTAS Warthog and strafing runs are a breeze now. Thanks for sharing!!

  5. Yeah, same problem here with 6950. Flickering textures on TGP, buildings and some strange white boxes in urban areas when HDR is enabled. Too many problems with AMD cards for my taste.
  6. I would like some type of confirmation or update on this issue from ED. When can we expect this to be solved? It's really annoying. I can wait but some feedback is needed to feed our patience :)
  7. Totally agree with it. It would be nice if not needed to have a switch to turn failures on/off.
  8. Same here. Picture is spot on. I'm confident ED will resolve this in the next patch. We need a solution!!

  10. Tested with 6950 (not unlocked) and problem persists even with CatalystAI=Off (file edit) and Texture Filtering Quality slider in any position. Confirmed that HDR=off did solve the problem. Agree with you all. HDR is a must have for me.

  13. Thanks!! Good to know is working, even without MFCD indication it'll be useful. I'll try tonight engaging laser while broadcasting SPI.
  14. Yes, engaged laser ranging and didn't get the solid L replacing T. Since laser ranging was broken in 1.1.0.6, I suppose it didn't get solved for 1.1.0.7 but didn't tried thoroughly. Can you confirm my results?
  15. Tested yesterday and works rather well. However, it's not as accurate as expected. I was broadcasting my SPI from TGP while tracking a tank as point. My partner took my SPI, hooked on it and made SPI from TAD. China fwd long and his TGP pointed a few meters out of the tank. I don't know if this accuracy is according to real life behaviour or something to worry about. Thanks for the response.
  16. It looks weird even if it's a feature. I had it in 1.1.0.6 and actually looked like a reflection, but now in 1.1.0.7 got white boxes, exactly like the posted video. Haven't had the opportunity to test it with older drivers.
  17. What about SPI broadcast? Wonder if anyone can confirm it's working now in MP.

  19. Actually, in 1.1.0.6, lodMult for high scenes is less than that for medium (1 vs 1.5) which doesn't make sense. I think this is a bug in graphics.cfg as I stated in another thread. Don't think is a card issue.

  21. Looking at this photo you can clearly see some kind of yellow painted paddle switch in the stick. Question is, what is this thingy used for in the real plane?
  22. +1 I don't think we need a revamp of the IR display just some tweaking on the textures will work for me and could make a great difference.
  23. Correct. I'm running my sims in a single 24' 1920x1200 (16:10) monitor. Is not perfect, but like the extra vertical pixels. If I could afford, I'll go with 3 of them, but they are expensive. Basically I was trying to expose my frustration with 16:9 aspect ratio for a simming platform.
