yes.....that seems to sum it up pretty well...... and BECAUSE it has such a long history, everyone feels in the right. and therefor, if it goes to court, it will take YEARS to resolve if at all i have not much hope meanwhile ED AGAIN only offered a store credit refund to me......when this is how ED reacts to things (ignore and be stubborn), i have even less hope

so.....tell me, when this is resolved? if RZB and ED are going to court, it will be in switzerland. average process timeframe for civil business cases is min 1 year. average 2 years. so....why did your support deny my first request. with 2nd still not answered?

i dont know. store credits are only useful for me, if i intend to buy another module. as i see it, the next one that interests me is the EF. and who knows when that comes. maybe in 3, 4 years? nah.....store credits only help ED i would prefer, as its my right in the EU, to refund on my bank account. period. ED is not delivering what was promised, if the f-15E dies..... = full refund. simple as that!

does not matter. do you understand that? ED sold it, so they are responsible for fulfilling the contract with me. if they cant, i can demand a full refund on my bank account EU law (since 2019....that strengthened customer rights here) if ED is not willing to follow that, they could lose the right to sell in the EU

i dont know about you, but i bought the plane in the ED store! ED sold it to me. and if ED is not able to maintain the product, nor able to deliver what is promised in the planes description (suite4), its a breach of contract by ED btw: under EU law, ED is obliged to grant FULL refunds in this case, and not just with store credits! their terms of service regarding refunds would be wiped away in a lawsuit in the EU, because here, companies HAVE to follow EU law to be able to sell here.

the damage is already done. ED managed to seed distrust in the viability of the current business concept. when for what reason at all, be it business-related, developer-related, or even disliking between individuals can lead to a product dying before your very eyes, the question is, if buying any module from 3rd parties can be trusted at all.......... and this is not necessary because of that 3rd party..... there are ONLY losers in this process - 3rd parties will abandon DCS as a platform (already happening) because of outstanding payments, for whatever reason. - single, very knowledgeable developers leave DCS totally (already happening) - ED, because their product becomes less attractive and ppl question the reliability and longevity of the whole product - Customers, that lose money and products they love its a dire situation and that ED keeps selling this now unsupported products, and is not even placing a BIG FAT disclaimer on them, is telling......

currently reflying the mission 3 and smoke just does not tank at padres. he approaches the tanker and then breaks off for whatever reason, flying away to WP3. mission does not progress after this skipping part 1 works then, but also in the 2nd tanking, smoke does weird stuff and does not tank.

any news on this free campaign? what f-15E are missing? (and i doubt after the drama we have now, we will see any new and/or missing features anytime soon)

just wanted to leave a headsup here too, as the problem was solved. one needs to ad a correction factor in one line myairboss:SetMPWireCorrection(12) with the correction of "12" it counts the right wire now

seriously.....i start to HATE this mission. now flying the long version again, conserving fuel like crazy by flying in max endurance ALL the time, and now olive thinks "nah.....im out....do it alone" hook down, bugging out...... seriously thinking about skipping this mission at this point now. flying it for the 8th time in a row, doing mostly nothing more than loiter around is not fun then.....

okay then. short mission is broken then. just tried it a 2nd time and same issue. clementine is not starting up.....

hi all until this day im mostly on multiplayer servers, either doing coop or pvp missions with friends. but now i start to do more and more single player stuff like campaigns (like the great ones from baltic dragon). and i noticed VASTLY different behaviors of my f-18 hornet when doing arrested landings on a moving carrier. i trained landings on our own MP server and im able to do mostly OK landings in variable conditions. slow carrier, much wind, fast carrier, less wind. various trap weights. BUT in the SP campaigns, i struggle MASSIVELY. its because here in SP the plane floats up like CRAZY when coming over the deck! in some occasions its so bad, that i dont even touch down in time even when cutting power to idle! its so bad, and VASTLY different to anything i experienced in MP! any other with similar observations!?

im just at this mission. started it in the long version first. tanker just gives me a miniscule amount of fuel, then disconnects me and flies away. then i got shot down by the outpost, so i started the short version of the mission. was not able to call out the outpost, and the helicopters dont even start. DCS MT 2.9.2.49940

While flying the dominent fury campaign in mission 12 on syria map, the sun shines THROUGH the water from below the landmass directly in the field of view, making landing pretty much impossible!

i can believe that. just another deck fkery happened again. lined up for entering cat 2 as ordered, and my flight lead just drives into me XD ED really needs to refine the pathfinding of planes on the carrier. this is just.......bad.....

i can imagine. as frusttrating it is to deal with it when flying the mission, it must be super annoying for YOU to keep track in all your campaigns and fix stuff as ED changes things constantly! dont take my rants too personally. your work is awsome and so immersive flipside is, that then even small hicks break that created immersion

happens consistently in every try. raven 4 is not taking off, no matter what.... could also be because the tanker is supposed to start before raven 4 flight, but cant because blocked...... pls check the spawn points!

im still in the campaign and have not fished it yet. i enjoy the voiceacting, the mission variety and the partly challenging conditions. the night missions are hell, specialy when you are not much familiar with the hornet yet. but when you have to cold start for the 5th time, because relief flight cant take off because they collided with the tanker on deck, and thus dont reach their trigger points, is just making me want to deinstall..... -
picture tells more than 1000 words. raven 4 relief flight does not take off, because the smart tanker collided with them on deck! VERY frustrating experience after i had to restart this mission 3 times already, every time because other reasons. DCS AI really really holds back this campaign. cant count the facepalm moments so far in this campaign in general. like wingmen flying straight into me after kiss off, etc......
