I enjoy flying the Viggen in BF also. The only thing that I do is plan and talk to other pilots online.. (text not SRS unfortunately) to find out where there's any action. Then its just a matter of plotting a route via the F10 map and then fly it. I'd like to see more 'Intel' on the map to help plan more effectively but happy none the less.

Stupid Q, is this now released in the normal version not the Beta, just updated all 3 installs and was able to install viggen in stable 1.5.6

What an awesome module for DCS, im loving this wee bird a lot! But got a couple of things to mention 1) Just completed the first campaign mission and after London was instructed to look at direction 104 at 6nm. but couldnt find anything for ages so just called in some help. when I saw burning carnage it was on a heading of 140. 2) Frame rates. 2.0.2 I'm getting 55-60 in 1.5.3 OB i was getting less than 11 for the start and final 10-15 mins, dont know if that was due to all the wee friends (nice touch by the way). But over all impressed really impressed thank you!

When you come out of auto hover make sure that your throttle is set to the same marker as the white dash, this way when you disengage you wont fall out of the sky like a brick

Yep having the exact same problem, I even tried to delete and re-download the latest on install on the DCS World page, then update on launch then nothing!

Ive had problems with using TARS and another application ACRE whilst running it in administrator mode. Also make sure that you go into options - plugins - and make sure that there is a tick in the box beside TARS. We tried it the other night and it worked spot on. sounded different to the last release but still a quality addon! Hope this helps dude :music_whistling:

Just a quick one BBQ, once your leader has joined and broken off from the tanker are we suppose to follow him, I was AAR and got a message saying get back in formation? how do we also know that the mission is successful PM if theres a spoiler Its a good mission and very well done, really looking forward to further installments of this series :thumbup:

Quality mission Qaz, we've just played for 4 hours straight and we only just managed to get pilot 1 rescued!!! cant wait to complete it and defo cant wait for the sound upgrade :thumbup:

Great mission even though we did it a little bit off the norm, 1 searching for convoys whilst other group took out airfield targets, I think we missed every trigger in the mission lol! We now know how to fly it properly so will try again midweek. Just 1 thing we couldn't get UPDATE command to work with 1.09 Cheers bud

you trim your aircraft for speed as well as pitch, if you set it sligtly incorrect the aircraft will try and find that speed again hence either nose drop or rise, the aircraft will pitch in a motion similar to a wave. you realy need to try and get your nose level on the horizion for level flight and every time you move your throttle you need to re trim... if you gets me?? hope this helps bud :pilotfly:

I think I'm gonna cry after just flying the hog around, complete bliss and so so smooth compared to the beta releases, don't even know why I'm writing this when I should be learning to fly the beast, but I had to say how much of a quality job the ED team and beta testers have done on this sim! Well done fellas
