thanks @Baldrick33 Yes, i haven't tried yet. But i hope it's just a calibration issue. I posted here this problem because i remeber another user had the same problem quite ago but i wasn't able to find the post with the solutions. I think He was adviced to press "rescan device" and he did so and problem solved. I tried this way but nothing happened. I'll try a recalibration and eventually think about changing this throttle. That's a pity beacuse i was quite satisfied about it but if it's an hardware problem this throttle turns a piece of s*it.

Thanks @701 - Vader I can confirm the only game controllers plugged on my pc are t16000 and twcs (and mouse of course) Unfortunately right now i'm at work and can't do an axis test. I'll do it asap and report the results here. I'm quite upset. If it's an hardware fault i'm forced to change the throttle that is less than 8-months old.

Thanks @admiki No to be honest i didn't calibrate it. I am quite sure that in the past another one had the same issue but i wasn't able to find it trough the forum and it wasn't a calibration issue. I'll try a new calibration and i hope it's not the faulty throttle. I bought it new in december just for AH64D. I don't mistreat it so i hoped that it lasted longer. Thanks @Tholozor Maybe it works and it is the right solution, but it's quite weird. This problem showed up suddendly, without touching and modifying anything, so it sound strange to me that now I have to change some settings inside the helo system, but i'll give a try anyway! Hi everybody, I'm experiencing a weird issue where my collective, during take off, is "wobbling" and "jittering" (I'm no english mother language so apologies if they're not the right terms). My hardware is Thrustmaster T16000 and Thrustmaster TWCS throttle (no pedal at all) In screenshot you can see my original fine tune of Z axis. I used this config as soon as I started fly AH64 and, apart learning problems, i found myself very confortable with it. If you see the attached tracks, the control indicator in upper left corner shows a frenzy upward movement. I assure i move my throttle slowly, and in any case I don't move it to do the movement shown. I changed settings and put X saturation at 86 (all the rest is the same) and this had partially softened this problem but not eliminated at all. I tryed Rescan devices (both from settings screen and from "adjust controls" in pause menu) but not worked. The map is Persian Gulf (I had this problem in other map), weather is set as default (20°C, no wind, no turbulence, clear skies) Weapon loadout for trk 1 and 2 is hydra M229 HE in outer pylon and 4+4 hellfires in inner pylon. thanks @701 - Vader (ps. nice nick and lovely avatar!) Yes, I'll manage to save a track and post it here next time. Luckily this forum is plenty of kind people willing to help. About radio freq. i use easy comms so i hit F1 and it opens up wingman menu. When taxing he reports "Rolling", he taxi to right runaway. Then once been cleared for takeoff he just stays on runaway. He joins me only when i'm already engaging enemies 30+km away. I did more custom missions of this kind, but problem showed up only in Nevada. I hope these days I'll be able to create more missions and save and post tracks. More likely it's me not DCS. I think force is strong in me but i'm not a jedi yet!

Just yesterday i created a custom mission (the channel map) where 2 apaches (me as fligh lead) took off from runaway and attacked enemy armors and AAA's in an enemy airfield. Everything went fine. Wingman took off with me, attacked assigned tgt's and landed safely. I just found these "bugs" (erratic LRFD and silly wingman) only in Nevada for now..

They were both custom missions made by me in ME. As said in Syria he did almost everything i ordered to him. In Nevada he just stays on runaway and rejoins me just when i'm already firing 30km+ away from him.

thanks @admiki i was about 250ft high and rising, and i was at nearly halt (my speed less than 5 knots) . All the targets were still. I created this mission just to get used with wingman and improve my iteraction with George. I first chose one of the 2 shilkas, ordered George to lase it and saw this erratic readout, that happened on every target in list thanks @Floyd1212 for the screenshot path. I have steam version of dcs so all the screenshots are displayed onto the client. The problem it's me that i didn't event think ta take a screenshot. Not to mention the track. But you know... It's quite hard trying to learn (and to do) something new when your lovely wife is calling you for diner. Here's brief answer to your questions: -it was on ALL targets. Not just one. -as i wrote to admiki i created this mission just for learning purposes. so all the targets were very still (yet alive and ready to shoot at me) -now that i'm learning how to use George i always us one of the MFD in VID page and select TADS as source at "zoom" level. This to see what he's aiming at and when the aim is still and well on target before consent to fire. Aiming was still on the selected target. No shaking, no random movement. -as said that a**h**e of my wingman was enjoying rotor breeze on a hot desert runaway while i was in the midst of action shooting at enemies (taht's the 1st part of problem)

Hi everybody and pls excuse me if these questions were already been asked. I tried to search through the forum but didn't find anything. I created a very simple SP mission in Nevada. 2 Apaches (me as flight leader) taking off from Tonopah test range, headed to Tonopah airfield to destroy enemy asset located there (T-72's, some BRDM's, a pair of Shilka, whatever...) I started the mission from runaway and the next time from parking hot. In both cases wingman din't take off. He taxi to runaway with me ("Rolling" he said...) but in both cases he stuck on the runaway even if i told him to join me. He took off and rejoined me when i was about 30km away and already firing to enemies. And when we were together i ordered him to engage but nothing happened. In another similar mission in Syria my wingman engaged with no problem. Next question is: In the same mission in Nevada, George as a CP/G, i chose a target from the dropdown list, order George to lase it but i find the laser range readout quite erratic. IT jumps from, say, 8000 to 5500m to raise suddendly to 7000m to drop again to 3000 and so on and on. My speed is quite near to 0 so this jumps of thousands meters are quite weird aren't they? So, for these 2 questions, it's me that is doing something wrong (and it's better i quit dcs for a fishing simulator) or is it really a bug? Before you ask, sorry. I don't have any track. I don't know how to record them

+1 and for sure it's me, i "learned" how to hover (60%good, 40% kill myself and George) but afer this patch it returned very difficult to hover correctly (10% good 90% crash) -

Hi everybody. pls forgive me if this is a silly question and if it's already been asked elsewhere. Basically i see in yt videos or dcs in-game screenshot that sometimes pilots put hellfires in outer pylons and rockets in inner pylons. Sometimes I see the opposite (rockets outer and hellfires inner). Is there a particular reason to chose one or another? This affect flight, manouvrabilty or it's just pilot choice to make look AH64D more badass in a way or another? Thanks a lot!

massive framedrops (to 33%) when looking into forest with TV camera

Now i'm at work and don't remember my pc config but this is happening to me too. I notice a huge reduction of framerate when in Marianas simply flying around, and in the Channel map when i selcet TV on my tads.. (both with Apache) This is happening since new beta has released. I hadn't this kind of issue before. -
Fly the plane (or helo), trying to understand what's the most used controls, map them, test, re-map, re-test, was a lot of fun!!! ...for me Should I bind this control on the keyboard? Is more comfortable have that control on joystisck or throttle? Should i start working instead of thinking about these things? I repeat: for me that was a lot of fun for each planes i have (F-16 Viper, A-10Cii and AH664D). And finally, I'm still "perfecting" them. P.s. A little bit off-topic. I have only 4 buttons left for AH64D cp/g and FCR and RFI are yet to come out... I'm little bit worried...

Hi everybody, i'm moving my fisrt steps into creating an entertaining and challenging mission. I've searched hi and low through this forum but i wasn't able to find what i'm looking for. Question is: Is there a trigger checking if a certain plane or helo (or a group) has been detected by enemy forces? Shortly speaking i'd like that if a group (any group, both player of IA) is detected, then enemy planes will spawn and scramble from their airfield to intercept. Or viceversa, if enemy planes are detected an intercept group will spawn from my airbase. PLs note. I have absolutely no idea on how create/edit a script. For me computer is magic. I just double click on things and something happens. That is. Thanks in advance.

Hi everybody and pls excuse me for this silly question. Can anyone tell me where to find in ME those pickup trucks with mg's in the trunk to place on the map? I mean, under what category (or country) are they? Insurgents AAA? Armor? I'm pretty sure they're in the sim (Wags video about Apache launch show the explode nicely when hit by hellfire) but i'm not able to find them. I have no mods installed. Thanks in advance.

Sai quanto ci ho provato?? Ho addirittura trovato in rete una versione completa di Longbow 2 che si poteva usare col cd inserito e in modalità compatibilità con Win 11 ma crashava di continuo Fortunatamente DCS ha concluso questa lunghissima attesa (20 o giù di li). Però ragazzi quando c'erano le scatole con tutta la documentazione possibile... già dal C64 con Project Stealth Fighter col manuale e le cartine delle zone di guerra (Libia, Capo Nord e non ricordo cos'altro..). Gunship2000 su AMiga. E Falcon4? 2 kg di scatola col manualone enorme e la cartina della Nord COrea formato poster! Sempre restando in tema Longbow, qualcuno ricorda Apache Longbow? Giocato e rigiocato e credo fosse addirittura precedente a Longbow I. Se non sbaglio si decollava dalla Tarawa e la zona di guerra fosse Cipro. Vabbè. Off topic e nostalgia a manetta. Scusate

E' da quando è uscito windows 7 e non riuscivo più a usare longbow e longbow 2 che aspettavo l'Apache!!!
