I'm trying to find some Euro-based, Team-oriented PS3 players myself. After reading and implementing this excellent SimHq guide (http://www.simhq.com/_land3/land_165a.html), I find that usually at least one other member of a random squad will 'get it' and start working with me. Even if that doesn't happen, I'm enjoying the game a lot more now. P.S.: Try the SimHq server noted at the end of the article. I'm sure that'll be stocked with Team-oriented PC players.

I though it was established that this resulted from AA or Ansio getting disabled with tabbing back in?

With a tiny bit of luck and in all likelihood, one would upgrade long before the processor lifespan, even if degraded because of an over-clock.

Terrible :(. Maybe the seat was armed and mis-fired before the pilot was fully strapped? As much as it pains me to say, with all the cut backs, maybe they should think about disbanding or going to propellars and putting the savings towards something operational.

It is sweet. And even better than the Nineties, you have small, fan-based operations coming out with incredible stuff (hopefully) like the upcoming F/A-18 and Apache sims. And of course BMS, which is quite an achievement, and in my mind all Falcon should and could have been.

I've had my e8400 at 4.0 with a 50 dollar after market fan with no issues. I think it depends on whether the cpu oc's well. At those temps after 24 hours, you're good imho, especially given the low voltage.

I believe the DCS Mav (as in RL) will also try to auto-lock on anything below the gates when you slew and release it's sensor. So another (and harder) way to get lock is to slew with Mav as SOI and then release when you are right over the desired object.
