    :(

Try paragliding. Much cheaper, much easier to learn. A little more risky. Your country is very suitable for paragliding. Especially the place called Manilla...
  2. I really dont know the previous flights. Maybe this was the first aircraft manufactured in Turkey...
  3. Fisrt flight of Turkish attack helicopter, ATAK T-129... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZ8fyqsWd5o&feature=player_embedded
  4. Condor soaring simulator has the most realistic flight model I have ever seen... It is tested and actually played by real life glider pilots...
  5. What kind of a lens is this photographer using? It is amazingly sharp...
  6. Here is the video of the show: http://vimeo.com/24734136
  7. A collection of very funny military pics... http://fotogaleri.ntvmsnbc.com/askerin-eglencesi.html
  8. Croatian team was the first to make their show. They were awesome!
  9. Finally, some photos from Turkish Stars and Solo Turk acro teams....
  10. More photos from the show...
  11. I also bought a cool t-shirt from the Mig-29 team:)
  12. If you want a really realistic glider simulator, go for condor... http://www.condorsoaring.com
  13. I have been to an airshow in Turkey 2 weeks ago and US Thunbirds made a great show... Dont miss it...
  14. Thank you all for viewing. Here are some more...
  15. As long as the wingtip does not touch the ground, I think it is ok:)
  16. Here are some of my shots from the air show that took place in Turkey last weekend. This was the first time that I have been in an airshow, it was amazing. Besides Turkish Stars and Solo Turk acro teams, there were teams from USA, Italy, France, Croatia, Pakistan and many more that I dont remember now. It was really great to see those aircrafts flying. On the static exibit site, there was a Mig-29, a Saab, a JF-17, two Eurofighters and a Tornado along many other aircrafts. More shots to come in the following days, as soon as I edit the photos. It takes to much time to edit:)
  17. Soi after all the debate of 6 pages, when the ATC says " QSE 29", how should we our altimeter? To 29something?
  18. I fly paragliders for some years but that does not count either I suppose:)
  19. I have A-10C since the beta phase but I did not have enough time to fly much so I have some very basic issues that I cannot solve: 1- What is the difference between 9-3 and 5 mil flavors in dropping unguided bombs? 2- What is the difference between Consent to Release mode and the normal CCIP? 3- When the ATC tells about QFEi how should I tune my altimeter? When he says QFE 28, what does that mean, 2800 on the altimeter? 4- How the hell on earth will I be able to hear the ILS tone? I turn the ILS knob on and try different vloume levels but I cannot get any tone? Sorry for my dummy questions and again sorry if they were replied somewhere on the forum...
  20. An ATC structure like the one in FSX (I have no idea about falcon) would be really nice for A-10. In every part of the landing, you have the control and directions of the ATC...
  21. I believe that F-16 would be a more lucrative choice for ED: *Too much info on F-16, even on the net. *Too many Falcon players (new flight model and new graphics will attract current falcon4 society, let alone the other advantages ED can bring) *Too many counties have F-16, sales can be higher for ED.
  22. Guys, stop getting dissappointed... Most of you are old to become a fighter pilot, you can do nothing about it... But if you really like flying, try PPL courses or as said before start something like paragliding or hanggliding etc... This way, you can satisfy your flight addiction (if you are really addicted to it)... But stop complaining or pitying yourself...
  23. With an engine to propel you, it is called Paramotoring. Without any engine, it is Paragliding. With yourself attached to a boat, it is Parasailing.
  24. English is not my native language either:) But I am talking about paragliding (I dont know what wing flying is). At first, paragliding started as soaring (or mostly gliding) with skydiving parachutes. But, it has nothing to do with chutes I believe. Check this video out, I refer to this kind of flying:
