This is the first time I hear of the 3rd party stuff. But then again it was never mentioned. Just a DCS product. I would like to see multiplayer back seater take FAC-A duties and just feeding all other aircraft targets via system and having quick procecution of those targets. Sure carrier ops will be fun and challenging Id like to see the air to ground role get real. Also, like the hog with SADL. The F-18 needs to recieve JTAC info prior to arriving on station and the actual talking. Just my two cents. Is it wrong to ask for a AC-130 and have integrated wheel attacks! 63

Well, I dont know it for a fact. The englishman that I met in Tampa not many weeks ago may have shown me products that were false. Maybe he wasnt who he said he was. For all I know it could have all been a dream. But again. I know its there and just let time do its thing. Thats all ive got. 63

It sounds like some people still havent bought in on this. My word means nothing. But for me. I know for a fact F-18 ( of some variant) is out there for DCS. Im not looking to stir a pot here. I dont know who labs work when creating this stuff but its not happening tomorrow morning thats for sure. If I could guess I would say end of this year. Again. Take it for what its worth. Peace 63

Something is wrong with that F-15 with no wings. NO wing = no ailerons. Only so much can be done with rudder and throttle. 63

Ok, tried the in cockpit resolution and this helped. I can now actually complete the mission however it still has some moments where it is a little jumpy but none the less significantly less. Thanks. 63

At times means some of the time the system runs as it should and other times slows down. For example looking outside my cockpit sometimes slows it down or when the TGP is turned on. If i zoom in to a panel inside the cockpit if fixes the problem only momentarily in game play. 63

Heys guys, On my computer I use DCS A-10C to the HIGH settings with no issues. I use Saitek x52pro, TrackIR5 but with DCS world using the A-10C the performance is slow and choppy at times. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks 63

At some point when I bought A-10C in BETA the JTAC goodness was suppose to be in the software but wasnt. Are those buyers of A10C beta still getting CA for free or at a discount? Best.

Strange. I recieved a file and uploaded it and now my hat that had the views allocated to it no longer works. But now my mouse on the throttle works wich is great for the tgp and mavs. The slider must now be in the up position at all times or no buttons on the keyboard or sticks work at all. Does anyone know how SST works. If i understand correctly I would just have to allocate the buttons in SST and not do a thing inside the game options controls? Thanks 63

Ok... No replies I have loaded a file ok but I still cant use my slider type buttons. Also, sometimes I choose the field I want to edit and when pressing the Trigger button for example nothing happens. Help again would be great. 63

I love these sticks but when I try to allocate speed breaks to the slider it doesnt work. Even with the slider in the middle position. Also I have no success with my stick mode select buttons to make my hats multi purpose capable. Help would be great. Thanks 63

Gain is always good to go. Adding to seeing tgt definition and depth switching from WHOT to BHOT (white hot to Black hot) can help here without grids and simply scanning with the TGP. Best.

Hey guys, Ive read the thread for SF Jack Bauer and Ive used his great set up before and then I downloaded the X52 PRO set up but the computer doesnt recognize the file. What can I do here? ALL I want is to use all the buttons on this darn thing and the slider as the speed break would be great. Ive been reading for hours and cant figure it out. Any help would be great. Cheers. 63

Be cautious when using long laser times. The weapon technology is a PAVEWAY II. i.e precision avionics vectoring equipment. If you lase your tgt too early you risk having the weapon drop short of the tgt because it will loose its energy by constantly moving itself in freefall to the laser energy. I dont know if this is very accurate within the sim itself but a golden rule to live by. PAVEWAY III allows for constant lasing once the weapon is away however it is so expensive its only outfitted on MK-84 or 2000lb bombs which the A-10 does not carry in this sim. Food for thought.

so i delete the config folder or the data folder. do i delete the folder itself or do i delete all files inside the folder thanks 63

The version is 1.1.1.1 I did not delete my saved games data. I dont think Ive ever saved a game. When I set the controls to the A-10C it sees the sticks. I have no problem allocating the buttons to trigger etc. But in the game they wont work 63

Fellas, Im using Saitek X52 PRO. The sticks work just fine in LOMAC FC2 and BS. However the buttons and fadders dont work in A-10C. I can control the aircraft throttle, yaw, elevation etc. But I can not release weapons or use any buttons at all. In the control panel when I press trigger for example the computer recognizes that the trigger is button 15. Any ideas how to defeat this. THanks Hawg.

Real time technique to finding targets is altering from BLACK HOT to WHITE HOT. This method allows you to better make out shapes in this game, especially soft skin and armored vehicles. In real time this is helpful for humans in tree lines or against the back drop of hot objects. 63

I think more work should be done with the JTAC to add realism. A-10C can look outside our spectrum of sight and NVG to lock onto a laser signature give the proper code i.e. 1688. If we had this it is as simple as asking the JTAC for LASER ON. JTAC to Pilot STARE. And once the system has found the mark making it your SPI. Just make sure you got the target and not the JTAC. there is an internal cockpit view allowing to look up down left and right. another can prop you forward and really 360 placing the head anywhere in the cockpit. is it possible to do this with hotas on a hat switch? thanks 63
