  1. Awesome checklist, thanks for the work, it is appreciated.
  2. Thanks, I thought I'd scanned the whole thread, must have missed it :music_whistling:
  3. I wasn't sure if I should put this here or in a new thread. Thanks to this awesome guide, I've managed to have this working beautifully with my MFCDs displayed on my second monitor, embedded in my HELIOS screen. However, as most of you are aware, the menus for A10C are stretched across the multiple screens. Is anyone aware of a setting that will restrict the menus to only displaying on the first monitor? As I'm using a 1920x1200 stacked above a 1920x1080, the buttons on the mission end dialogs are ending up pushed onto the second monitor (as they sit just below half way) and therefore they are hidden by HELIOS and I have to close HELIOS every time I want to exit a mission. It also looks rubbish with the top half of the stretchy A10 displayed during the loading screens. Any help greatly appreciated :)
  4. 64 bit installs go into Program Files. 32 bit installs go into Program Files (x86). edit: This isn't something that DCS have made up, it's just the way that Windows works. There is a check box to select "Install 32 bit version"
  5. Now you really are just playing with us
  6. Now that's just nasty, teasing us like that ;)
  7. OK problem solved. I had Vuze set to shutdown my PC once the download was complete. Before anyone gets upset about leechers who shutdown as soon as a download completes, the best upload speeds I can manage on my crappy ADSL connection is 10Kb/s, so it's not like I can really contribute much. Anyway, I came home and the PC was off, so I assumed the download had completed, and went to install. What had actually happened is that Vuze had downloaded and update ... and then shut down the PC!!! So now I'm sitting at 1.8% and 2 days, 2 hours to go on the final release :( Mods, please close this thread. oh, and thanks for the suggestions guys, I appreciate the help.
  8. Sorry, managed to hit the button to submit the post before it was finished, answers to your questions are in the original post. Will check the intergrity with Vuze now.
  9. Started the torrent this morning, arrived home from work to see it complete. Great. But when running setup.exe I get: I had Beta 4 installed and working perfectly. Uninstalled before installing the final version. I've tried running as administrator, no difference. I'm trying to install on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Please help, this really sucks.
  10. I ordered a set today from Australia Ebay. I won't post the link (not sure if it's allowed), but go to ebay.com.au and search for "Cougar MFD". Price was AU$110 delivered worldwide.
  11. Voted F/A-18E, but would have prefered an option for F-15E :)
  12. Been reading the manual for the last week, committed to making the purchase today. Also ordered a TM HOTAS Warthog to go with it :smilewink:
