  1. Not as far as I know, the pylons, wire cutters and flare dispenser are all handled by the same argument
  2. Just to clarify, you're talking about the ground units? i.e. the hummer, mercedes wolf, etc? Cause the helipads, ships, cargos and the landing truck seem to work just fine. By "working" you mean showing up in game? If so, you also need to download the "Scripts" and "MissionEditor" folder from his dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/x6gmq6z2ezsmrgu/AAAMK3Hid2LgEVF-RFIBb4Gxa/game%20folder?dl=0&subfolder_nav_tracking=1 These 2 folders go in the main directory, not the saved games folder. Better use a mod manager. They are just eye candy tho. Also, if you want to hide these lovely pylons we all love while using one of upuaut's attachment for the huey, you can add this at the bottom of the description.lua of a livery of your choice custom_args = { [1000] = 1.0, }
  3. It's not a waste of time but there's a trick. The features we request are eventually implemented...in the Mi-8. I'm not exactly sure where should we post our requested features for the huey but if the last 7 years (!) are anything to go by it's certainly not in this thread.
  4. I quickly edited the 20 original single missions provided with the A-10C to be played with the A-10C II. No other changes were made A-10CII Single Missions Pack Drop the missions in (...)\Saved Games\DCS\Missions
  5. I assume you don't want any bort numbers to show on that livery. If so, all you have to do is add this at the very bottom of your description.lua: custom_args = { [1000] = 1.0, [1001] = 1.0, [1002] = 1.0, [1003] = 1.0, }
  6. Love it :thumbup:
  7. The plane spawn anywhere mod still works. Either the people who made that claim did not understand what we're refering to when we talk about CoreMods (a specific folder inside the DCS install) or they're using an outdated version of me_route.lua (the only file modified by this mod) I've also seen people claiming the coalition updater mod no longer work. Again, it works fine.
  8. Just saw it on the userfiles, great job mate :thumbup:
  9. Thank you :worthy:
  10. Thanks! Means a lot coming from you guys :)
  11. DOWNLOAD
  12. Nick Grey never said those things. Rasmorak did. Concerning my previous post, it wasn't a personal attack. It was a general observation about these kind of threads which keeps popping up lately. The tongue in cheek comment about your year of birth wasn't an insult. There's nothing wrong with being born in 95. I was just highlighting the fact that ED has been in business long enough to know what they are doing. And with The Fighter Collection they have more than enough experience and expertise to pick a business model suiting their needs.
  13. There's no dedicated wishlist subforum for the Yak so I'm putting this here. It would be really nice if the Yak could be used as a AFAC using the JTAC interface, along with a simple autopilot similar to the one we got in the huey. Cherry on the cake would be to allow the player to call artillery barrage but this would require a bit more work. Thanks.
  14. If you look at the facts, and not how some random community members feel about ED business model, ED is doing just fine. Otherwise they wouldn't be wasting resources on upgrading the A-10C pit or a brand new map, for free. The fact that you don't understand DCS development pace or ED business model should tell you just that. That you don't understand. And instead of assuming since you don't understand, they must be wrong, maybe, just maybe, you should try to have a better understanding of the matter. Also, if '95 is your year of birth, it means ED has been in the flightsim business for longer than you've been alive...
