  1. Ok Great. I was worried that if I had already modded my graphics.cfg file that it would loose those changes. But I see in Walmis's description of the program, it will only add or remove just the lines you want, not overwrite the entire file. So, this should work great. Thanks. EDIT: I just installed it using ModMan 6, and had no errors installing. But the EnglishCockpit.cdds file's status is red, and it does not exist in the Bazar/World game folder. However, I removed the .cdds file and readded it to the mod file, and now it installs green. There may be some difference between Modman versions. (Just FYI) Also, what is the filemanagement.lma file? I don't see it as part of the Modman package.
  2. TekaTeka, What is the EnglishCockpitSetup.exe and .txt files for? Is that just another way of installing? Or do I need to do that also, if I am using ModMan? Thanks..
  3. Yea, I wish you could assign trains as targets.
  4. Oh well... I tried just leaving that checkbox checked and installed it. It popped up a messagebox saying it couldn't install most of all of the files in the CDDS so it put them in temptextures anyhow. This messagebox was so big I couldn't even see the ok button. ;)
  5. Very nice indeed rattler. I've always loved Colt40Five's Punisher skin too!! Glad to see more like it come out!
  6. TekaTeka, Do I still need to uncheck this if I am using ModMan 6? When I uncheck that checkbox ModMan 6 says: "All bugs relative to this option from older ModMan versions are now totally fixed, you can let this option enabled!"
  7. Didn't ViperVJG73's English language Cockpits for Su25/25T/27/33 have this too? I downloaded it a while back, but have only used it once. This is great to have to learn the AC. That's why I got the other mod. I thought it included these controls, but am not positive.
  8. In the test video, it looked like it was level going up, but one of the safty wires on the right side caught first and threw it off balance.
  9. Yea, if I talk for more than about 20 seconds about flight sims to my friends, their eyes start to roll up into their heads and they have to sit down before they faint.
  10. That was great! I had forgotten all about Computer Chronicles. I had and played most of those games. And I was surprised when the Mission Start screen came up for several of them I had a little rush of the excitement I had back then. Kind of like a recovering crack addict seeing crack again for the first time in years. Ooooo I want some of that! Hah!
  11. That is strange jonny. My first FS9 CD went bad after about 2 months, and I contacted MS and they sent me an entirely new set of CDs for free. Maybe try the same thing?
  12. You can do that today. Several users are using Touchscreen overlays (including Rugg) for their touchbuddy monitors. But I don't see any reason you can't put it over your game monitor and touch it. Here are some.
  13. Technically, I think that is classified as 'Way' Cool.
  14. Most TB questions can be answered in the Master FAQ. And like Rugg said, you don't 'need' a touchscreen, you can use your mouse. But it is very cool to just touch with your finger on a touchscreen.
  15. Yes. Any Key Commands that Black Shark has will be able to be used for Touchbuddy buttons. Users just need to create some profiles and make them available for download...
  16. You can use just 1 computer with 2 monitors to use TB in what is called 'Local' mode. Or, you can have 2 computers networked together to save a little memory and fps on your game computer, in what is called 'Client/Server' mode. As Dodger said you don't need a touchscreen, you can just use your mouse. But of course a Touchscreen is very cool!
  17. Thanks guys. I hope the new Help file will get some new users to give TB a try...
  18. Wow, Very Nice DickDastardly! Good Stuff... PS: Are you related to Dash Rip-Rock by chance? :D
  19. I like the new Screenshot page much better than the old one where you didn't know if there were any screenshots until you clicked around a bit. Looks good.
  20. A new version of the TouchBuddy Toolkit is now available. It has several new features, including a help file, that have been needed for a while now. Context Sensitive Help, Just press F1 anywhere in the app.; An Alignment Ruler; Importing Tabs from other Profiles (see Help); Toggle Button Borders toolbar button (just like TB); Locking Clone Button positions to the Clone Source buttons position. If you move the Clone Source, all the Clones move to the same position. If you try to move a Locked Clone button, it snaps back into place. The Lock Checkbox is in the Button Editor. (Test with my IL2 Profile, it has lot's of Clone buttons);Check it out here.
  21. Nice job Rugg. It is Easter after all. And which of us has not made any mistakes we regret. I still need to delete a few hundred .mp3s I got from Napster a few years back. I'm finding that hard to do... Maybe I should ask for a iTunes giftcard for xmas?
  22. When I install Archer's Sound Pack it installs .wav files, not .ogg files. Is that normal? Does Lockon use the .wav files over the .ogg files?
