Mitch was working on one back in the days. He finally gave up due to complications, but released a beta of his work, wich you can find on lockonfiles, of course... Desert Terrain Replacement by Mitch Janssen ** for Lock On 1.02, don't know if it works with LOFC... Cheers,

Seems to me that The GOZR played with the contrast/color/brightness of the LORELOAD textures to give 'em a much more realistic feel (IMHO). I am definatly prefering his tweaked textures over the stock LORELOAD ones. No pun intended to simmod team though, it's still beta and I can't complain over this massive LOFC enhancement what so ever :) Cheers,

Roger that np Mizzy. Just a thought, if you're using photoshop, have you tried saving as indexed file instead of RBG8? I think the quality loss is barely noticeable compared to the gain in file size. You might want to check that out and see for yourself. Regards,
