Well you seem to have a/some process(es) running in background and invading other processes. Typical with malware like keyloggers and the like. Trust me I know from experience Symantec & McAfee both forget many viruses and other malware programs. Try Kaspersky Anti-Virus or Eset NOD32. Both have online scanners that can help you. They both have a much better detection rate then Norton and McAfee. You can also scan for spywares/malware with A-Squared Free, Ad-Aware, Spybot, Spyware Terminator. One other thing you can scan with is PrevX CSI. PrevX CSI won't let you clean the infected files unless you buy the "Pro" version but most of the time what you can do is take note of the infected files and delete them in Safe Mode. Also run Smitfraudfix, Combofix, Roguefix and SDFix. These last four scanners will get rid of most malwares not detected by anti-virus softwares. Make sure you read the proper procedures for all softwares before running them. Finally but not last, you can also run HijackThis and post the log file so we can examine it. Good luck with that

Oh ok, I did not understand what you ment at 1st... You can still put your shortcut to say "...\Ka-50" in the Quick Launch section, this way you can click on the icon from anywhere in Windows... Cheers,

Agreed, I would love something similar to the "JTD_SmokeEffects" mod for ArmA, wich looks so bloody awesome! Unfortunatly, I think the current DCS engine limitations won't allow for much change...for now...

90% of my icons are in the Quick Launch section in my task bar... accessible from any folder, with just one click ;)

After pressing "SEND/MEM" to save it on your ABRIS, have you pressed the reset button? I was unable to send/assign targets to my wingmen until I realised I had to. According to the ingame DataLink training, you have to press the reset button to save the target/point in your onboard computer, something like that... Try that out see if it works :)

Hi there guys, had my 1st coop game yesterday night, with 2 buddies and it was an absolute blast! The only thing is we were not able to communicate using the ingame comms system. I've been throught the Flight Manual, the FAQ as well as the search engine on the forums to find an answer but I'm out of luck. I tested this further more earlier today with my 2 pc's and there must be something I am unaware of, as it still doesn't work. We are all on the same channel on the R-800 (default 127 500), I am set as ID1, Datalink Master Mode on KOM, wingmen on ID2 and 3 w/ Datalink Master Mode on WINGM. I can see their icons on the ABRIS, but whenever I send a command they don't recieve it... We were starting from runway so the choppers were alive already when entering cockpit. What am I missing? Thank you

I must agree with airea. I actually learned more from the Producer's Notes then from the trainings. I was expecting something a lot more torough, or exhaustive. Especially about controlling the beast, the AP modes, the trim etc... If you don't read the FAQ or the manual, you stay in the dark... BUT, Im still enjoying every single minute of flying the Shark, and I am totally hooked right now :D

GGTharos, AFAIK PPjoy won't work with Vista x64 because the driver is not signed... If someone did manage to get it working with x64, would you please be kind enough to post a link, as I've been looking for a solution since the english release... I will probably just reinstall the russian version so I can enjoy 6DOF :/

Well I've been having the same issue for a couple weeks now, since I upgraded to a GTX280. Vista x64 and nvidia gfx card. Playing with a 8800GTX before that I had no problem what so ever. Finally installed the latest Geforce drivers v177.83 WHQL and seems like all is back to normal again, no crashes yet. I suggest you try those...
