  2. I would like to see that clients are on the same "level" as hosts. (clients can use F10 - radio options, clients can be a a part of the same flight etc.). Then we are getting closer to a stand alone dedicated server. :)

The air space near Gudauta has been weakened enough for us to obtain clearance for this mission. A spec ops team in the area reports the enemy is concentrating his remaining forces at Gudauta Airbase. Objective (A-10s: use parachute illumination for your Ka-50 support!) There is two possible convoy routes that need to be monitored. Primary targets are the transports en route. After that, attacks on the city and airbase at Gudauta have priority. Threat: SA-9, SA-19, AAA. AFAC - initial points: "Sharkeye" - Ingress Point of Ka-50 flights Chevy & Ford. "OPTWO" - Outpost 2 "OPONE" - Outpost 1 "Bullseye" - Gudauta Airport Situation Gudauta expects us... Objective Support advancing units. (Rattle <- can be hooked in TAD (x), recommended for CAS - danger close ;) ) Threats: AAA, (suspected) SA-9 near Gudauta Airport *in both missions fuel = 66%. There are tankers on station. But if you do not want, ask ground crew for more fuel. Situation A high-ranking politican will arrive in Georgia today for a short fleeting visit. Intel has no exact reports of insurgent activities in this sector. Let's hope it stays calm today. Task The VIP will either land in Sukhumi or Kobuleti. After takeoff (A-10C) we get further detailed information. (After that you can join the Ka-50 slots) Checkpoints have been placed arround Sukhumi and Kobuleti. They stand in contact with us and expect support from us, in case of any problems. Task Border patrol: 0700 - 1000 AM Focus on Eastside and Westside.
  13. +1 i guess it would be also very helpful if the templates feature would be expanded. it should be possible to create "trigger+units/groups templates". then we could import triggers and their units into new missions and so it would be much easier to build missions with a lot of random events and tasks.
  14. happens also without DCS? so the freetrack skull is resetting? Or maybe are there other axes which are assigned for the view system?
  15. that's the way I've done it: place a triggerzone where the group should hold. then set a trigger: once, -> part of group x in zone -> group x ai off next tigger: once -> group y dead -> group x ai on So when group ai off the group will stop. But group ai off means also that this group doesnt shot, react or something like that. if someone knows a better method, tell us :D
  16. Right now iam creating a mission with some CAS (danger close) situations. It works as follows. My unit moves inside a trigger zone, then it will stop (groupe AI off). Now the enemy spawns and smoke marker will be activated. Because of "group ai off" my unit doesnt fire and i set immortal on. (but there is a timelimit trigger when my unit will be "killed") Now it would be nice when i could set immortal on against enemy units and immortal off against friendly units. Then friendly fire would be possible in this situation and i should be careful when running in.
