Sure like cichlidfan has pointed out you can start off in "game mode" and that allows you to get started without learning all the systems and once you've got time you can move to "sim mode" if you like. Am seeing a'lot more posts from users starting off in game mode you'll get a very very compete game experience no matter what mode you choose.

+1 Would be compare different settings while tweaking for more frames, If you hit a server that's got areas where you get frame hits. Good to know mate. :)

It was much more difficult especially when it came to entering VRS when landing and overall stability so we will have to agree to disagree.

The true Hero's were the boys and girls that flew the Huey and could almost control it with its day one flight model i doubt any take on helicopters would help you much back in them days. :thumbup: Not taking anything from you as the flight model is more stable now but still takes along time to become a good pilot.

How can you tell if it's a training kill? In real life.

I could not fly a helicopter in FSX as theres no real flight model for them after being treated to real helicopters here, no sorry would stick with the planes A2A is the only FSX dev i would recommend because of Accu-Sim. Hope you find what your looking for. :)

Video I done ORBX FTX EU Scotland/England/Welsh textures in the background it has some hit i would say 5/10 frames i can sit at 30 frames with my settings mixed. I've never been big into FSX but found a good 3rd Party Dev so getting more into it. Skip to 40 seconds to view. :thumbup:

Where else can you fly high fidelity helicopters that's what i keep reminding myself and just telling myself were lucky to be getting great helicopters sim from Belsimtek! Bring on the MI-8!

I believed the same then I got into A2A Sim Planes that have accu-sim and that brings a whole new world that opens up in FSX and they also have full working cockpit's up to DCS level only issue is they cost a lot and it's only the one addon maker that has accu-sim technology.

+1 Is Robert back? :music_whistling: I've never anything that suggests 3rd Parties won't be allowed to make or add civi models, I have even asked IRIS who said that they're not going down that line but that's because they already have there hand in FSX not because they don't want to or should not. Once the new engine comes in it might just open this side up and am sure if there's money to be made it will be explored.

Well i have steam and use it alot and normally like to keep all my games on it but am not so sure about putting DCS world into it as there was something about updates being behind none steam version of DCS World when they're released threw the autoupdater. Am not sure this still applies? Its a good idea to give folk that want to use it the opportunity. :)

Submit a support ticket buddy if you have not already. Hopefully then one of the mods will help :)
